I don't want to mess around religion because it's forbidden here. But personally I would take what seems to be good in this book and trash the other stuff that make you weak.

I was Christian before knowing all the this. I stopped because it doesn't make sense.

After being free from this nonsense I started to live my life again. I would say use only what is working. If someone tells you something is good but can't prove it or you can't test it for yourself so what he is saying is just useless.

AM5 Summery

It’s amazing how time flies I had hoped I would be in a better place by now but I have been in a standstill with my business as the funding took longer than expected the launch will now be in the next 4 weeks. As I have a very limited amount of money I didn’t get to start gyming, self-fence lessons, meditation, trantra, my dyslexia course, I lot of things I didn’t get to do. It’s hard been broke and feeling good or break broke and picking up chicks.

I was to meet this one girl but I had not train money. Maybe am making excuses for myself but it really does drain you energy having no stable income and not been able to work for a reason I will not disclose. But now I feel better than I have ever felt in my life as I see all the pieces coming together. See where I am with my goals.

I guess it’s like they say when it rains it pours, as soon as my salary comes in I will make huge strides as I have all of the programs set up for the next 12 months and these will make my weak points my strong ones. I won’t know myself as I’ll be a new person

Alpha Male 5 Training Set Objectives Part One

Objectives of AM5 and my position after I completed it.

1. Let go of any negative self-image, attitudes, thoughts and beliefs about yourself.

Well I can say that I think a lot better of myself now than I ever did before, I feel a lot more grounded in myself.

2. Have a powerful, positive sense of self respect, self-esteem, self-image and self-worth.

Am sort of proud of how far am come and the changes I have made up to date. I lot more successes in my life would really help otherwise I feel better than I ever have felt before.

3. Have unshakable self-confidence.

I wouldn’t say I have unshakable self-confidence but I listen to my self-more and less of what I think people think about me which always tended to be negative, now I’ll more of happy that I will prove all those who thought less of me wrong.

4. Be unaffected by rejection.

I have been rejected and it was less painful than before, what I mean is I don’t get into the emotional state of what’s wrong with me, I sort of understand that if I was at the top of my game things would be different.

5. Treat women as people to enjoy the company of, without taking them too seriously, needing them, or being easily upset by them.

However this sounds, but I don’t think I need women to feel whole or complete whereas before my life depended on finding a mate and my self-worth on how many women I could/can sleep with. I used to see hot women and be in awe now something kicks in me like she’s hot so? ……

6. Have released expectations towards women, which often lead to bad choices, actions, attitudes, thinking and responses.

Bit of a conflict here, for me having released expectations and still trying to get into women’s pants according to “How to be an alpha male” book. I don’t know where I am now, but recent disappoints would probably make me never expect much.


7. Be self sufficient and self reliant mentally, emotionally and otherwise.

I have learnt the value of been self-reliant to a certain extent even influencing people is been self-sufficient as long as you have options and get the “job” done. Yea I now take full responsibility for my life and everything I do.

8. No longer be, or come across to others as “needy”.

I cut off one of my friends I knew since secondary school, he used to treat me like a homeless person as if I needed him and his friendship for shelter. One day he made me wait hours for him and I had enough. If you don’t paid my bills and breathe my air, then I don’t “need” you. I may “want” a person or a friendship but needing is a whole different ball game.

9. Take good care of yourself, your hygiene and your appearance, not just because you want to be attractive to beautiful women, but because it makes you feel good about yourself.

I would say AM5 didn’t work but I saw the most improvements here, I used to let things pile up in my room, didn’t wash up the blankets or clothes but now it’s a habit I get up and do my bed bath and tidy up. Everyone I live with as commented on this. So that’s the only thing I would total attribute to AM5.


10. Be able to effortlessly approach any woman you want – and the more attractive you find her, the easier it will be.

Yes I got over my approach fears. And I feel like speaking to attractive women when I see them. I just feel like we’ll kick it.

11. Be selective about whom you spend your time with, and which women you give your time, interest and affections to.

Did I tell you about the time I cut off my best friend for been a negative influence in my life?

12. Exude an aura of confidence, commanding presence and authority, which gets you respect, attention and obedience.

Well with my business I have had people working on projects I commissioned, I was at first uncomfortable with the idea and it felt wrong. But now am accepting the responsibilities of been a “boss”. Is it because or point 12, maybe, maybe not.

13. Exude an aura of sexiness that makes you much more attractive to the beautiful women you encounter. The more beautiful they are, the more attracted and interested they will be.

Don’t know about this one, having been out much to notice a difference.

14. Have a Zen attitude, which keeps you calm when other guys would lose control, thus demonstrating your self-control and mastery of the situation – an Alpha/dominant male trait.

The negative voice in my head is now under my control. But no situations have up have to make me notice anything related to this point.


15. Display graceful, confident body language, which broadcasts your power and dominance to all, but especially females (for whom body language is a very important way of communicating, and thus determining the men they are interested in).

Yes on one of the stages I become aware of my body language all the time, It was uncomfortable to sit in any other way. Even around females I would compare my body language to those of people around me. It has improved dramatically, but a part of me is still lazy and holding you upper body up all the time take energy I wasn’t used to using. But its improved every much.

16. Display the attitude, thinking, actions and speech patterns of an Alpha/Dominant Male.

I have taken up more responsibility I can’t explain it, it’s as if I don’t have control over all the details of my life but I have taken control over its direction. Like a captain of a ship may not control the sea but be can still navigate to his destination. But I think I best ask people about this one.


17. No longer seek approval from others, nor be concerned with what they think of you or what you do or say.

Yes, yes, and yes. This is a big one for me. Before I was a major issue but now it’s less of an problem. Sometimes I double guess my self and wonder what people must think of me (it was always bad) but now am more on the side of whatever they think about me now…., they think am great when am done.

18. Be your own man, who does what he wants, when he wants, how he wants, where he wants.

I think I have been impacted on this note. I have a crazy plan for my life that is not the norm and before I thought I a fantasy because of fears of what people would think and or see me as, think am nuts, or wasting my life, then I would start to question myself and my achievable dreams. Now I sort of realise that am going to die one day and whatever I thought was going to lose or gain in the end doesn’t matter.

19. Be in control when dealing with women, and especially beautiful women or women you are interested in.

Have not been around beautiful women to comment on this but am more comfortable been in control.

20. Be entirely unconcerned about “getting the girl” or achieving sexual interaction, which will make the ladies percieve you as higher status, higher value, and more worthy of both.

Yeah don’t know about this one too. Although since stopping porn I don’t view women and cum bags no more.

21. Be easily able and willing to walk away from people and situations you don’t like, and TELL HER NO – whether it’s to her asking for sex or anything else.

Well am less needy now so walking away is easier, don’t know about disappointing people I would aways get guilty but I have defences for getting manipulated now.

22. Be in complete control of yourself and your environment, and YOU will be the one who controls when, how, and with whom you have sex.

I would say I feel more free, before I would think before I speak out of fear of been criticised now I feel like I have more power over my life like I can create my own ending and it’s not at the mercy of some unknown powers.

23. Develop and display a fantastic sense of humor, which will make you socially popular and attractive to others, especially beautiful women.

Yeah I have been making more funnier jokes recently, I was on the phone to the bank a few hours and go and the lady and I had a few laughs. Before I would be thinking about my accent for something.

Am more comfortable in my own skin now, I don’t have to “be” anything but what I want be. With the negative voice gone, I don’t know what else can make me feel bad.

I do feel I deserve respect, I don’t look the respectable type, I understand this and am working on this, at times I feel like have achieved more than other because of where I started from, having a learning disability in an information age isn’t easy. Well am trying to say I respect myself more and feel other should do the same.

• Self-love and liking yourself

As my self-respect grows so does myself love.

• Valuing yourself

I know my ideas are valuable as in my less confident days people stole them and used them to great benefit. So I know I will offer the world a lot in time.

• Extended ego balancing

• Strong, centered masculinity and masculine presence

I know feel more like a man, and I refer to men as men and boys as boys whereas before I didn’t clearly make the distinction.

• Destruction of negativity within you concerning yourself and others, and replacement with positivity

“I am self-critical and I project that on everyone and everything I do, if it’s not perfect it’s not good enough.”
That where I was before, now I rarely think bad thoughts and when I do it’s like its projections from the past or memories gather than me thinking them in the first person.

• Self-acceptance with continual striving to be better than you are

“I need to be a perfect being to accept myself no less no more.”
I understand that no one is perfect, everyone has they own insecurities, fears and demons in the closet. If ever the was a reason for living it would be striving to be better. I used to want to be “perfect” as a way of escaping been criticized, but now I want to be “perfect” because it’s possible

• Destruction of laziness and Motivation boost

Well I still am lazy to do physical tasks and I don’t do chores if I can get out of them, but I have been working 8 hours a day on my business. I remember stage 2 or 3 when I was feeling like giving up on life and now am feeling like taking on the world.

• Doing what needs to be done, because it needs to be done, and that is the way of the Alpha

In terms of chores I still shy away from that. But in my business I am now doing thinks that I was expecting to hire people to do but because there was no way from progressing without those things been done I fine my self-doing those task. From where I was last year in terms of my feelings of competency to where I am now. I feel like am been guided to all the life changing tools by the hand of destiny for a reason beyond my confidence level right now.

• Extroversion enhancement and training

Well am more talkative to people I general but I don’t have any overwhelming urge to go out and make new pals

• Self forgiveness

I have accepted that I done the best that I could at the times that I could, now that I am wiser I can do better. And the more I learn the better I can become, next year I will be better than I was last year, so I can’t beat myself up on unrealistic wishes.

• Social stability, skill and strength

I need practice in this field, I doubt I can sit at home and have a sub make me a master.

• Overcome abandonment issues,

I don’t know how these manifest to know how there have changed

• Success training

Didn’t know what this is, but I win like am wining and I am.

I am grateful not all the time but still, it’s like no one deserves anything, it’s like we all given life and blessings. An artist once said he was self made even thought I understand the saying I can’t help but think his fans made him. So am big on gratitude coz no one owes anyone anything.

Am learning to do this, as my memory improves and my cognitive abilities so does my self-trust. I have noticed how ever that I most get things right the first time but doubt myself and pick something else, instance feedback as proved this to be the case.

• Self-image of man, instead of boy

Funny but the tone in my head has changed from the non-treating boy tone to one of more authority, this is improving but it’s hard to be the man when you living in your father house under his rules.

• Leadership training and development, Decisiveness training

Maybe this has improved but I tend to change my mind a lot and debate stuff to my self after making a decision, it has cost a lot of hours of productivity.

• Authenticity and congruency training

Ave always been about been the real deal. Some guys are cool with lying to get chicks, I feel like I can be what I want to be and feel bad about lying and am saying am a fake to myself. So this would be big although am not sure I will notice its effects.

• Destruction of jealousy and possessiveness, and replacement with self security, self reliance and self satisfaction

I used to feel bad and disappoint with myself when I saw other peoples success now am cool with it, I’ll be successful too so, well I already am just not in the way people can see and touch and am not bothered by this.

• Constant self growth and progress

I had this before and will always have it.

AM 26 YEARS OLD TODAY

I never imagined myself this in my teens. 4 years till am 30 and to be honest i looked at my goals for this program and they don't seem to matter to me any more.

Who care is i become some master pick up artist with a huge tool and gain a few inches. Or if i make millions of pounds and have hot babes approach me on a daily, I used to care

I am now more concerned with achieving my dreams than anything esle. I have a deathclock app on my phone, that estimates how long I have to live with a quotation from Steve Jobs that reads "Remembering that you are going to die is the best way i know to avoid the trap of thinking you ahve something to lose"

every time i look at those seconds going down, it puts everything in perceive. I can spend my remaining time (and it goes so fast), not doing what I want, feeling how I want to feel or been who I want to be. Its my time and i can do with it as i choose.

I think i will start imaging my self at 94 years old looking at a picture book of my life having done everything I wanted to do.

Remember that AM5 is much more than just getting women or money. You don't have to focus on those for it to be useful.

I think a death clock is a morbid and terrible idea. Too much focus on death is just as bad as not having self control with money or indulging your desires. Get rid of that, and live instead of watching yourself die. Death clocks are notoriously inaccurate anyway.

It’s not focus on death as such, and I have no fears or worries about that. I just have a long history of procrastination and the death clock makes me realise how valuable my time on this earth is. When I look at those secs going down on am whipped into action NOW cause I can never get that “time” back again. I know they are inaccurate and some may say you could cause your own premature death. But hey I think embracing death is the last step to total freedom. Well for some people.

AM RE-RUN

So I followed Shannon’s advice and listened to LLFC for about 5 months with beta brainwave entrainment and I did improve a lot but I fell back into porn and I swear it affects intelligence. I went back to my scattered mind and considering the age I started I would not be surprised if it caused the problem in the first place.

The biggest improve I noticed from AM5 was my room was always clean during the 32 day cool off period It started to get messy again then on the first day back I couldn’t stand to see it messy and it’s been clean ever since. I don’t know if stage one has suggestions for that type of thing or if the whole program is been stimulated again.

I had planned to listen to AM5 two times then do AM6 right after, during the AM5s I was going to do MLS and BYBH 3 months a piece. I started on brain training games and my confidence as risen and I learnt a valuable lesson too, am one of the best in brain processing speed but one of the worst in memory (when I started that is). All this time I’ve focused on my weakest and none of my talents when no one on this earth is great at everything.

Anyway with my business we now have 5 employees and I was torn between my long term goal of high IQ and brain conditioning or the most important thing for me right now my business that will enable me the best tech for all my needs if they does well. So I decided to use BASE and AM5 instead.

After getting BASE and running the two, I noticed on the forum that Shannon is creating a 6-7 stage of BASE and it has all the brain and learning enhancement subs in it that I was after. Kinda makes me feel like my daddy in the sky has my back

I wonder if I can run the new BASE and AM5 together thought cause that would be awesome; right now I feel as though am wasting my time with the Old BASE after seen what’s packed into the new one.

Derren Brown basically sets up a fake Lab and company that creates pills for the military that makes soldiers more courageous. They explain the science behind it, show testimonials from soldier, they sell the idea of the PILL to a bunch of people dealing with fear issues. The people are told to take some pills every day and show follows up on their results. The result is this fake military super soldier sugar pill has a positive effect on most of the people and they face they fears. I don’t know how much of it is staged, but after re-running AM5 a few times and not getting the results on the sales page and feeling like the people who didn’t get the full intended effect of the fake military super soldier sugar pill.

Of course as I said before following the advice in the resources recommended would give the benefits of the advice without the help of the sub, another interesting fact that has come to my mind is that most of the people who experienced dramatic change in the journals that made me buy the programs used other change methods, the guy in the actual journal worked with a professional on his issues. Am not attacking anyone here and am fine with people selling hope like mediums that help people overcome depression that would have otherwise have been uncured even with clinical help. Am sure believing in the sub, would help following the advice in the book (be fair I only listened to how to Become an alpha male 2 times only), that would help a person reach they goals of becoming an Alpha Male just as the fake military super soldier sugar pill helped that guy face their fears with the support of the people around in the goal of overcoming it.
The only indicators I had was the dreams but I can easily explain this, every night before I would sleep I would read peoples journals and re-read the sub description then I would have dreams that made me think the sub was working. I can recall when I was a kid and watched horror movies before I slept and had bad dreams and as a Pentecostal I thought evil spirits were attacking me. To be fair most things in life come down to faith or self-faith/confidence and sure even if I doubted a “real” brave pill would work it, it wouldn’t. Another point I would like to make is that at the beginning I would follow the “group flow” and state improvements that were actuality me grasping at straws, in the sense that I couldn’t just keep pointing out negatives when everybody was speaking positive. I mean correct me if am wrong but someone can’t take more than one treatment then after the person has a positive result give all the treatments equal credit.

I just learnt from my DR that deal with ADD and ADHD that it can cause an controllable stream of negative, thoughts, emotions and sensations, making them more prone to be pessimists.

I noticed two things.

Not evaluations- because I myself do/did them and am learning to be more natural.

The fact is we all got sh** dumped on our plate. All of us. Thier are billionaires who cant get a woman to truely love them. Their are moviestars who cant get women to love them.

The first step you honestly need to do is to slow down your thinking. I am just like you or was... with the charts the vision boards the notes of the PUA material.

You can also do a blind or double blind test. And see if subliminal seems to work. Or if it's just wishful thinking.

I can't think wishful thinking would do that because every detail people report and how it fits into each stage. You can also test on a friend AM5 and ask him how he feels on each stage and see if it's just wishful thinking. There is a lot of test you can do. I don't think wishful thinking can do all that unless you use hypnosis. But you have to be a great self hypnotist. That's why sub are awesome you don't need any experience or knowledge to start.

I don't think AM5/6 would have change me so much if it was just wishful thinking, I tried to do that at the church and it never changed me at all.

My dad literally told me I wasn't like that one year ago, he admits it. I have changed in a way that would be possible with just wishful thinking/placebo stuff.

I tried for years with wishful stuff and blabla with Christianity and I never felt any different. And people never report any change in my behavior.
