Are you saying you are listening 16 hour per day?
This is a lot for a 5g sub , maybe it explains why you got so exhausted while using stage 2.

Well, strangely enough, the average time this month was of about 13 hr/day. I know it's not recommended to decrease the time, but there was no other way for me. Also, the first stage was a breeze, so I believe it's got to do more with the content itself, as opposed to the duration.

Where did you learn to do open-eyed trances mediation? What books/course/video did you take?
