IceAlive's AM6 per-stage introspection - IceAlive - 02-03-2014 Dear all, In the beginning I considered this to be a rather small leap of faith, despite the paid amount and despite pausing my own self-hypnosis practice for becoming an alpha. It was not a big leap because I was happy with the results earned with ASC, and with the immediate effect gotten from using one of the subliminal drugs in development. Now I don't see it as a leap of faith, but as a great investment! Here is the order in which the events/insights/feelings have occurred: 1'st set of 8 days
2'nd set of 8 days
3'rd set of 8 days
4'th set of 8 days
I come from a frame of being happy with myself, but with the desire to always improve and experiment with everything that I see as having the potential of being the best out there in terms of personal growth. Strangely enough, I have experienced NO remorse / regret / bad feelings that some post about. Also, I haven't noticed irritability, but, on the other hand, for many months now I've been peacefully "firing" on the spot those who don't keep their promises and I've been holding on to maintaining psychological pressure on those who have the duty to help me, without consuming myself. I would have paid way more than 1/6 of the program price to get all these results in 1 month, to the extent they are long lasting. According to some inner satisfactorily reliable communication practices I've been training in for more than 1 year (finger signals & power pendulum during self-hypnosis), my unconscious mind agrees completely with all that is presented during the 1'st stage of AM6. I have, therefore, strong reasons to believe it will indeed be the case that they are long lasting. My unconscious, for instance, did not agree at a certain point almost at all with the idea of following AYPFWB and I decided to quit it after the first few days into the program. Besides what the things enumerated above, the subliminal had a minor contribution to improving my ability to visualize, and a medium contribution to improving my ability to go into open-eyed trances at will. Take this information with a pinch of salt because I can't formalize what my unconscious considers to be of minor/medium/high influence - it's more like having an intuition about it. I also have a feeling there have occurred other positive changes I'm not yet aware of. With respect to usage, I decided to respect the usage! I just followed the instructions, sticking as much as possible to the recommended "settings" rather than the minimum. Headphones during the day (7-9 hours), speakers on each side of the bed during the night (7-9 hours). As mentioned in the beginning, I stopped ALL self-hypnosis related practices directed towards becoming an alpha. During some days I'd even go into a trance for 20 to 60 minutes with the pure intention to absorb the program, and nothing else. I have listened to the ultrasonic track most of the time, on very low volume, consulting the FrequenSee app from time to time to make sure it's not too low (aimed for around -70 db on headphones and -50 db on speakers). Shannon, I don't know what you stewed here, but it's exquisite! Thank you for your dedication to research! IceAlive's AM6 stage 2 finished - IceAlive - 03-14-2014 Dear all, Just finished stage 2. While I haven't counted as many noticeable improvements as during the first stage, it's the significance of what's been happening that matters. For the second stage, here is the order in which things related to the subliminal have occurred:
Compared to the first one, this stage was very tiring! I simply had to take 4 dispersed days off in total, which I recovered in the end. Each of the free days proved to be a blessing for my mind and body. Not sure why this stage was so much more intense and harder for me, but I sense it's for a good reason. 'Till next month! I was just wondering, is that -50 dB measured where you're listening or right in front of the speaker's hf element? Do you know what the other level is (where you're listening or in front of the hf speaker)? For me its -30 dB right in front of the speaker and around -65 dB on the sofa that's 2-3m away from the speakers. Sounds loud to me. That's, at least, what I interpreted that one needs to do from one of Shannon's posts. Indeed, I do hear it clearly, but it does not bother me, even less so because I play other stuff in parallel (music/movies - other speakers, or even the same speakers sometimes). Hope this helps. I know it's not recommended to decrease the time, but there was no other way for me. Also, the first stage was a breeze, so I believe it's got to do more with the content itself, as opposed to the duration. RE: IceAlive's AM6 stages introspection - JackOfHearts - 03-15-2014 Thanks, it looks like an amazing product, I'll buy it when I got the money . RE: IceAlive's AM6 stages introspection - IceAlive - 04-19-2014 Dear all, Stage 3 was not at all as tiring as the second one for me. There are very few, yet important, things I can consciously notice w.r.t. the effect of this stage:
Cheers! RE: IceAlive's AM6 stages introspection - IceAlive - 05-27-2014 Dear all, Stage 4 was, again, rather easy to digest. Once more, numerically speaking, there aren't as many things I can talk about as during the first stage, but they're deep!
Two more stages to go. Can't wait for this to end in order to enjoy a longer break. And this is because, as I already hinted, during the few days taken off within every stage it's as if I'm on top of an atomic mushroom cloud! Bye for now! The first stage is well known for not having much obvious effect or challenge if you have already done most of or all of the base work, which you stated you have. More exposure is not always better, but more is better until you overrun your brain's ability to process it all in the amount of time you have per day to do so. That usually happens somewhere between 13 and 21 hours of exposure per day, and you'll know you've done done it because you'll eventually develop an incredible mental exhaustion as a result. But more is better. You just had already laid the foundation. IceAlive's AM6 stage 5 finished - IceAlive - 06-29-2014 Hi there, It's been a tiring month with more projects on my plate and a more energy-demanding Stage 5 listening experience, I guess due to listening 14-15 hours / day on the average, instead of the 13 hours I'd calibrated to starting with Stage 2. Besides noticing enhancements to many of the previously mentioned items, new observable changes have emerged.
So happy to start Stage 6 tomorrow! Shannon, thank you for your thoughts. Indeed, I chose to go on the more is better safe side, observing when tiredness hits. In my case it does seem to be around the 14 hours mark (oh my ... I'm so sensitive :p). In the end of the last month I was scared at the thought of following another 5g subliminal (BASE/WM/SM), but in the meantime I noticed having grown a lot of trust in my capacity to absorb easily what you cook in there. So, for the sake of feeling more rested in general, I'm thinking of taking a 1 month break after AM6 and follow another program 12 hours / day, which is well in the specified range. Cheers! RE: IceAlive's AM6 per-stage introspection - IceAlive - 08-09-2014 Hello there, Finished the program about a week ago, but, being on holidays, I had no time to write about it. It's been a delicious experience after 7 months of dedicated subliminals absorbing practice.
One week without subliminals and my mental energy level has been blazing high! It's true that, as previously stated, I did my best to go for more is better, yet this seems to have trained my mind to handle a lot of input. Taking a 1 month break from subliminals, and planning to come with an epilogue and a testimony after that. Shannon, thanks!
