The subconscious mind is irrational, so therefore it is possible that anything can be connected with anything.

Like it was mentioned before, those fears can go as far as "If I become successful, then I will be eaten by beetles." which of course sounds ridiculous to the conscious mind, but is very real to the subconscious.
You turned the volume down to 1 click. Very interesting. Seems you are doing everything possible not to get the results still. How many clicks does your phone have for volume?

Lol no bro, I said I turned the volume down by 1 click, not to 1 click.

So its currently at around 5, which means I either had it at 6 or 7 normally.

My phone is a samsung like yours so it has around 15 clicks/points of volume.

Why did you turn it down a click?

I can't remember I think when I started to play it to test volume on my speakers at my UK home (remember prior to this I was in Europe using my speakers there) I felt the volume was a little too high and maybe would disturb me so took it down by 1 click and felt it was more comfortable.
Have you tried 9, 10, 12, 13 or 15/15? In a lot of cases the ideal volume is 12+.

I think in the past I recall you saying the opposite that:

A) 7 is what you chose and around half of total volume is usually better.

B) too high volume usually came across as shouting at the subconscious thus ordering it and would be ineffective

C) I usually played US or Hybrid so knew anything too high would be dangerous for hearing

D) I think instructions always said have at a comfortable level which 5 6 or 7 usually are for me.

I haven't therefore I don't think tried 7 but I do recall earlier on around 2015 trying higher with E2 and IYGSH when I was playing US and masked but my Mac book pro I don't think was effective for 20khz.

The reason I now haven't tried higher is because I'm fairly sure in Europe it would keep me awake and in uk if not me it would disturb my family as the walls are very thin in my home as is the gap under my door allowing sound to leak out and disturb them all too.

Do you want me to risk it and give higher volume a go though?
Jake, fixing your sleep schedule should be your #1 priority right now. If it's difficult for you to get 5 hrs of audio in even during the night, then that's a problem. It's hard for me to believe that you were so busy that you didn't even have 5 hrs do dedicate to sleep for 10 days. Subliminal instructions do require energy to execute, especially with the new FRM. I know for a fact that if I get any less than 6 hours of sleep I wouldn't be able to function properly. Can't get anything done in a state like that!

This is what would help for sure:

1. You said that all you drink is coke and tea, both of which most likely contain caffeine. Get used to drinking water again even if it tastes "bland".

2. If you can't fall asleep at an appropriate time, then don't even try. Stay up all night and day no matter how exhausted you feel and try again the next night. You will fall asleep for sure. Don't oversleep after that though. Carry on with the schedule. You probably won't be able to function until then, but you're only doing it once.

You will also have more of the day to be productive instead of just sleeping it all away.

If you really want to give yourself the best chance of execution then you will take responsibility and fix your sleep schedule.

I am typing from my phone so excuse any typos. I haven't been able to get on my laptop since coming back to the UK due to family life etc only now have some time to reply and post.

I agree. I am trying. I did read your reply but needed some time way from the forum.

I am drinking more water and way less coke and tea now. I plan to reduce to zero if I can.

Sleep well without going into detail I stay up late here with mum who stays awake at night. I can't get around this responsibility so I'm stuck.

I plan to stay in Europe for 6months until summer after Xmas to give my life a chance.

I really appreciate the advice and support thank you very much!
Tues 18 December

Today is Day 86 of UMOP in total (UMOP + UMOP2) & Day 29 of the New UMOP2 (-10 days missed) = 86:29 (-10 = 76:19)

Day 1 of cycle 6

On Sunday 16 Dec - day 4 of cycle 5, I listened with volume increased to 9 out of 15.

I didn't want to jump high immediately incase it bothered me in any way at all.

To my surprise this volume was tolerable.

No change however.


On today's listen I increased the volume to 12. I woke to loudness that just disturbed my sleep. I had to turn it down by 2 to 10.

This was tolerable but getting back to sleep wasn't easy.

No change.

I will try 12 again today and see how I go.

I doubt 15 is possible for me. My bedroom is tiny. My speakers are close to my bed around my quadriceps and thus I feel even at 10 the sound is amplified due to room volume being so small.

However I'm yet doing what I can do get results.
Wed 19 December

Today is Day 87 of UMOP in total (UMOP + UMOP2) & Day 30 of the New UMOP2 (-10 days missed) = 87:30 (-10 = 77:20)

So I increased the volume again as I said I would and once the sub came on I was awake once again.

Sleeping in such loud, thunderous noise isnt easy.

The sub finished with me in and out of sleep.

Luckily I asked all family members if the volume had disturbed them. They said no though later 1 member said they could hear it but it was ok.

I dont feel increasing the volume any further is possible since the noise is over-bearing or near to being already.

12 seems to be the loudest I can set it without also affecting my hearing which has been diminished over the 3 years I have been here.

In the past I had suspected perhaps it was the US that caused this but I have no proof, only a doubtful fear and concern. As some of you will recall I had then gone to hospital to check my hearing and they confirmed it had diminished but due to natural aging as they put it.

Whichever the case, loud noises/music are not as pleasant and bearable to me as they once were prior to 2015.

I will continue with the volume at 12/15 and hope for the best.

Result: no execution so far.
I suggest ultrasonic format.
