I do not have the mental energy for that. Perhaps tomorrow. I actually read through it, and at the end, had no memory of what I had read. Couldn't even work today.

Today is Day 56 of UMOP in total & Day 9 of the New UMOP2 = 56:9
Day 4 of 2nd cycle

Tomorrow will be my 1 day break.

Got woken up due to a family emergency at night during 1 of the loops. All is ok at home but I was away from my sub for 1-2mins I feel. Hopefully not a drastic issue.

Slept long. Just woke up at 11.50am.

Nothing else really to report except same as yesterday that my desire to do things such as study as there on my mind but I'm not actually doing it yet.

Today is Day 57 of UMOP in total & Day 10 of the New UMOP2 = 57:10
Day 5 of 2nd cycle

Today is my day of break and tomorrow will be the start of my 3rd cycle of UMOP2

No dreams or anything to report.

Went to see a trainer today who told me that I need to have specific goals and break down the goals to smaller achievable goals.

I KNOW ALL OF THIS ALREADY! I have read so much on goal setting over the last 10+ years actually 18years and still im now where.

Hes helped me to break down my training/exercise to simpler goals, what I anyway feel is achievable.

Either way I should be doing this myself but im procrastinating on this. Call it life or call it excuses the bottom line is that im not reaching my potential at the moment.

I hoped and still hope that UMOP2 and FRM v3.2 would kick my subconscious into gear.

I told the trainer that I know its my mindset thats working against me and my mindset that needs to change but that is why im using the subs and hoping that it changes my mindset but so far nothing Sad

Anyway thats all to share at the moment.

@Shannon do re-read the post I think from yesterday with the dream I had that was a major coincidence please as im wondering if its UMOP2 and thus good data for you or its just nothing.

ps: was a little aroused today but no fapping. Energy levels seem better today, its definitely due to me getting better relaxed sleep rather than the sub perhaps. I think since im not under any stress now I am refreshed more, but when I have to wake up, for uni or for work experience as was the case last week then it may cause stress.

This stress may contribute to my procrastination perhaps im unsure.

I will soon be reaching 60 days on UMOP as a whole so @Shannon please let me know if you want me to actually stay on UMOP2 itself for 90days as im more eager for the sub to work and to give it all the chance to work than the money back which has never been my goal anyway.

You do think u have been accomplishing other tasks or something.. When using UMOP?
I don't see anything that I feel like I can interpret about that dream.

I would like you to stay on UMOP2 for 90 days or until I suggest a change for some currently unforeseen reason. The goal is to see how FRM 3.2 affects you over time. I want to know if it can eventually overcome your resistance.

Before that time is up, I may have something more advanced for you to test. I'm willing to give you a refund for UMOP after 90 days of use (starting from 1) if you want it, but I still need this data.

Hey @Zane thanks for asking bro. Good questions.

I hope and expect that the conscious goals I have or ambitious actions I want to take are being taken. This means the desire to wake up and get moving. The desire to do things such as meal planning and eating right, exercising and also studying and not fearing studying. To know I have things to do and take daily consistent action.

I know I want to do all the above, im not doing it.

I have only been accomplishing things that I have to and must do due to necessity or deadlines such as packing and catching my flight over a week ago to come to the UK. Going to bed early and waking early for the work experience last week but then back to normal.

I am back home in the UK, so things arent the same as when im in europe in my own apartment however overall im the same, I rather watch TV, or eat, or sit on my ass and chat then get moving on things I know I could fit into my schedule here and there.

As a single man, I have more desire and motivation to play either a game on my phone or play with tinder, or find women through other means such as sites etc. Even if im getting no hits as such im just passing time with this and enjoying the chase.

I however am not watching porn or fapping. I dont have the desire too. I have a friend at uni who is into escort and strip clubs. In all honesty hes opened my eyes and world to a new realm that I dont experience when in the UK. So due to this I even before my flight was looking at escorts and only cos the one I called wasnt able to come until 2am I thought forget it. i had no desire at all for her. I now think sex is over rated lol so no idea if this was the sub or not.

I actually wondered if the coincidence was relevant since it was so shocking that the city I dreamt of was mentioned at the breakfast table.

No problem ill provide all data that I can and the refund I will see at a later time as thats not a priority but thank you very much indeed for being very kind and gracious about that for me, I do appreciate it a lot!!
@Shannon - shall i try masked? Ive been on hybrid but did try masked for a brief period on UMOP. I could try masked on UMOP2 if you think its wise?
I suggest you try everything. Masked is typically a bad choice for those like you who resist being "told what to do" or try to stonewall, because it's too much at once.

So try masked if you have't. It's more likely to get you somewhere than hybrid, and US is more likely than hybrid to work for you too.

For the hardcore resistant types, Masked often works best.

Ohhhhh ok I see. In which case I've done alot with hybrid. So I'll try masked as planned and just stick with this and also leave US.
Tues 20th November
Today is Day 58 of UMOP in total & Day 11 of the New UMOP2 = 58:11
Day 1 of 3rd cycle

**Masked trickling Stream now**

Lastnight I realised there was an error in the MD5sum of the sub (hybrid trickling stream flac) that I had been using for the past 10 days and of the new masked I downloaded.

I was very shocked and dismayed!!

It was 3-4am that I was checking all this so too late to completely do a thorough check but I deleted all UMOP files from my laptop, and hoped the new masked trickling stream is correct and played it.

I will now do a check of this masked track again and then readjust my signature and my day count to reflect this as I believe therefore that I may have been listening to UMOP all this time.

I am still so amazed that this was even possible as I was sure when I checked that everything was accurate Sad

Other than this, nothing else to report as yet.
When the subconscious wants something badly enough, it can do amazing things to cause it.

Now ask yourself, why would it go to such lengths to prevent using this?
