Can you email the order numbers of what isn't in downloads? As I can see the orders but unfortunately not what is available in your downloads. Emailing the store is best as then it's all in one place.

I'm getting closer to fixing the missing orders problem. Part of it has to do with product SKU's being mismatched from the original import from the old store. Basically your orders exist, and it says you bought XYZ, but the SKU in our system is ABC, therefore our system isnt able to show it in your portal. I think I fixed some products, but there is a bit more to it than that and i'm still investigating. Please PM me your email and which products are missing. Cheers

Hey Shannon, is the loudness of the ultrasonic sub part in both the Silent version and Trickling Stream Silent version, the same? As in if I have the same volume setting on my phone, would the loudness of the silent subliminal parts of both those versions be the same?

The volume of the Ultrasonic is the same as the volume of the masking track sounds in the Masked format.  But the subliminalized audio in each is very different in volume.  Masked is much, much lower than Ultrasonic.

Ah okay, for M.E. 5.75.7g, is there that P-something effect where it starts affecting the user 30 days before (and after) they start/stop using the program?

@Shannon, is it possible to add information about the products that are in the download section, so it's not just a download link? At least information about ASRB and ASRB2. Products such as OF1 no longer have information in the store because it has been replaced with OF3.

Hi Shannon and team, congrats on the new store, it's looking great.

For ME 5.75G, does it have to be listened to for 9 months continuously? The way its scripted I get the sense it causes growth slightly with each loop listened? I'd really like to try alternating subs, e.g. 1 week Aura of Love followed by 1 week of ME - this will stop me getting bored of running ME continuously but still result in growth over time. Is this reasonable?

If not, what would you suggest the minimum continuous period of running ME would be to see some slight growth before swapping to another sub and then swapping back at a later date to add more growth? Or does it have to be 9 months in a row?

I'm aware this would void the refund for the sub. Thanks!
