After 5 months of E5, I decided to run OSC. Started on 6th (or 7th?) of February. Ultrasonic track, 10/16 volume on iPhone played through vox app, 1 loop.
I didn't took any notes to track the changes on this program thus far, but I will tell you what I remember and notice.
Moving forward, I want to try other formats and/ or increasing the loops.

- I am noticing bouts of higher confidence from time to time. Not quite constant, lasting change though.
- In the first 2 days of running OSC, I started messaging several women on Instagram, which I haven't had the courage to do before. I felt more entitled
- The biggest change I've noticed was a massive increase in motivation with regard to working out. I've been hitting the gym for many years, but for a long time, I've been spinning my wheels, going through lasting plateaus, and basically staying stuck at a lower intermediate level. Running OSC coincided with the realization that I'm not training hard enough, I'm not committed enough with my nutrition, that I need to stop lying to myself. So, I changed my program, started doing a rolling PPL split (4/5 days per week), started hitting my caloric and protein intake daily, no exceptions. And results are starting to show up (I'm currently on a bulking phase). I have everything dialed in at the moment.
