I have seen that there exist a sub named "overcome ED". I didnt know that something like this could work until I read some journals about it.
I am not 100% sure but I think I have an PIED, because it works when I watch a porn, but rarely with real women without help. I realized a few weeks before corona, that I have a problem.
I am healthy, do sports and eat organic foods. I have no overgweight or other diseases. My hormone levels also ok. I am doing spezial training for the pelvic floor and some things for the generell blod flow. At the end of the year I will check the blood flow in the penis but probably it will be ok. if not, the things which i do, should have shown an effect.
Until now nothing seems to help. Also I have no fears about sex and had never fears or something like performance anxiety or something like that.
So that also speaks for a PIED. I stopped porns 3 month ago, and my libido got back afer 1.5-2 month. The ED got a bit better. Then I had more sex with girls and also more fantasies about sex and it got worse again. Probably because I have this fantasies when I am horny and my brain can't differentiate between the fantasies and the real porn. Now I start again with no porn and also no fap and I try to not think about sex fantasies. Also I will only have sex when I have the desire. To stay committed I will write a nofap journal at a other forum. I am also planning to support this with a good subliminal.
I have read that some guys here had a similiar problem and they did OED or also some did DMSI (an older version). I think OED should be better. @Shannon What would you recommend me?
