No, it sounds like headphones can be uses with hybrid as well, although I don't remember everything Shannon said about hybrod because I find carpetbombing my subconcious mind with ultrasonic subs to be far more convenient, seeing as my carpetbombing is a 24/7 thing that lasts a whole week.

Carpet bombing is when you use the subliminal continuously.  For the vast majority of people, that is going to be overkill that leads to less results and exhaustion.  For around 1% of the population or less, it is a potential way to overcome extreme resistance.  If you're getting results without carpet bombing, don't use it.

Hey @Shannon  I have a question on my journal I hope you can help me with. I have not yet truly faced my fear of death and in order to truly heal it, I must face it, bring it up to my present awareness, process it and get into my body and into present awareness. I am disconnecting from my body because I am disconnecting with my fear. I am wondering if FRM is making that easier to deal with, more difficult or neither? How does E3 affect that aspect of my healing process? Thank you.

I can't look at your subconscious and see what is going on, so I can't answer that.  If you are executing FRM, it should be making it much easier to deal with.  If you are executing E3, it will be directing you to heal and clear all emotional damage that needs healing and clearing.  Fear of death may or may not be one of those issues.

My headphones just broke, so I'll have to listen to LTU 5 on my iphone speakers for the first time this night. I've been reading through the instruction page that says that  you should only unse ultrasonic/silent for speakers.

Does that also entail that the only format you can use for speakers is ultrasonic/silent, or is hybrid and masked also ok?

Anyone using iphone speakers that can recommend which works best?

You should not use ultrasonic format with headphones.  You can use any format with speakers.  The key is to prevent people from accidentally under- or over-voluming the ultrasonic track, which is difficult for adults to hear at all.  All other formats include a masking track, which allows you to know what the volume is.

Headphones should only be used with masked as it eliminate the risk that you put on US on to high volume by mistake and damage your hearing. On speakers you can use whatever work best. I have used US on my iPhone speakers for LTU5 since i bought it and it works well, playing at around 50 % volume.

Thank you. I'm getting results - actually better results than I expected since this is my third run through. It seems as if this sub doesn't have diminishing return if I just take a break from it once in a while.

Sounds like you misunderstood it. With speakers you can use any format, what that means is you don't want to use ultrasonic on headphones as it's too easy to mess up the volume. Too low would reduce effectiveness too high may damage hearing. So the only thing you want to use ultrasonic on is speakers, not headphones.

I think I have found the key, but figuring out how to implement it has been a long time coming, and now I have the task of finishing the program I am building and then working on it.

I will be building, today, a program that I think a lot of people will be interested in. Then I'm going to add FRM to my round robin.

As stated, it's real.  Delayed somewhat by various stupid annoying unexpected crap (stranded at the beach last night by a battery that decided to give no indication at all that it was about to die, which I must replace now) and the Wuhan Flu preparations I must make before it gets here, but real.

Yes, I am going to be working on MIR 3.0 and FRM 4.9.  I think I finally have a clear path to making it significantly better and making my efforts to do so work and be possible to implement.

Given everything I have to do to finish those two, DMSI is further out than 32 days just yet.  I'll let you know when it's time.
