I had the weirdest dreams ever during the week break I took from subs. So it may be a trend.

The dreams are the processing of backlog from the subliminal, once there is no processing required at night.

Since it takes a few weeks between subs for your brain to finish processing the subs, I can imagine that missing a day during a challenging stage would have a similar effect: your brain is working through everything it's being required to do, and that shows up in your dreams.

Also, one of Shannon's strategies is to leverage your dreams to achieve the goal. After spending so much time constrained to a task, I can imagine that your dreams would go completely wild when released to their own freedom.

By that do you mean that even though I am not under the subliminal when I have those dreams, those dreams are still the effect of the subliminal.
Mind you, my dream was quite traumatizing man.
Though what probably brought to it was not the subs. When I was browsing the Internet yesterday I saw a really creepy picture which is kind of related to my dream.

Javier I've had some borderline disturbing and horrible dreams. it wasn't real though. And you must understand... there is a meaning behind it that we probably can't pin point specifically as dreams are culmination of a lot of things. Things are changing for the positive. Keep that in mind.

General speaking, the characters in one's dreams are representations of oneself.

So if you are killing someone or shunning someone in a dream it usually means that you are saying goodbye to the part of your self.

Or if the character in the dream is attacking you it means that that part of you is attacking you.

When you awake you can ask yourself what the person in the dream represents to you in real life. Then you have your answer as to what aspect of yourself the character in the dream represents.

The subconscious communicates with symbolism, which is why it uses your existing association with people to communicate.

Javier, when your brain is busy at night, processing the subliminal you are hearing, I think Shannon is saying that a queue develops, full of other stuff requiring processing. When you're not listening at night, that queue starts getting processed, and that is why you are dreaming so intensely.

I do believe in you that things are changing for the positive. These past weeks, there are have been multiple times wherein I go beyond my comfort zone. Thanks!

That makes sense man. I did get a few instances while using this ASC where I am the attacker. I wish that the negative part of myself is the one being beaten. I still feel that there are still parts of me that have a deep rooted Fear. As I listed before I have a lot of fears within me. What tops most of them are my Fear of Failure, Fear of Rejection and Fear of Success.

I never dreamed as much when I am using other subliminals. For instance during the the 3rd Gen. Absolute Self Confidence I remember I didn't have much dreams. I also didn't get much results from it as compared to using this 5th Gen ASC.

As for the results I am getting with the sub, I mentioned before that I believe it is helping me to slowly get out of my comfort zone. Now I feel more comfortable doing the groceries and even bought a couple of new clothes all by myself. I still feel self-conscious but not so much as before. Aside from this I was able to dance in front of a large audience during the birthday of a friend. I was taking up dance lessons so I now have confidence to show some of it. My heart was beating so fast while I was dancing and I did messed up on a couple of dance moves. But I was really proud of myself for being able to do that.

When it cannot keep up, the brain forms a queue of sorts, as Sean said, and when processing time is available (while you sleep, usually) it works to process the queue then. But if you're using the sub while it's processing, it can't process the queue, so it continues to add to it as necessary.

This is why for the 5G I have been experimenting with 3 days on, one day off.

I didn't use the sub last night and I didn't have any dream. Now that is different.

Anyhow, I did experience depression this past weekend. It hurts so much because my failures and hang-ups in life came down and started crashing me again. I do know I am making progress but every once in a while I will hit a wall and it makes me feel down. During that time I felt again my inability to attract a girl. I'm already turning 25 yet I never had any girlfriend yet. What sucks more is that when I meet my friends and new acquaintances, I have to lie about already having a gf. It's believable since I'm a friendly, sociable and funny guy.
Now having little experience with a girl at my age is a big sticking point for me. It makes me needy and always wanting the feeling of having a girl.

I'm over that feeling now partly due to finally overcoming my downward spiral thinking by saying "It's okay" affirmations repeatedly. My previous use of Remove Negativity Within 4G sub also helped me in this regard.

I wish I could overcome my insecurities. I do notice a big change already over these past 2 years but these feelings of negativity and depression are getting worse at times.

What really helped me was finally being ok with it. I'm almost 25 and I've never had a girlfriend. First and foremost you must be honest even with new people. Honest about everything. Who the fuck cares if you are 25 and have never had a girlfriend. If someone actually cares they have their own problems and insecurities which stems from that it self (being a late bloomer). Anyone who is grounded, successful, and gets loads of women could care less. In fact those people may want to help you.

One of my buddies who is incredibly successful flawless with women and is honest and knows himself has helped me. Ive actually had other friends who seemed like they would poke more fun at me but they would always say they are jsut trying to help me grow. My college friends were better than most of my high school friends.

But it's ok Javier. your standards are going up.. your perspective is changing as well as your priorities. I've been on the SM refresher for aseveral days now and lol... my sex drive hasn't increased much and I've become more indifferent. it's very empowering because I know I have priorities above getting a fucking girlfriend.. letting alone getting laid. Once you figure out that the only person that can give you the value, love, and validation you seek is yourself.. you will become happy.

Javier, Spiral nailed it, but there's another thing to consider. You never help yourself by lying. Here's an example.

By saying you have a girlfriend, you're telling women, "Stop, back off, I'm taken." Why would a woman continue to pursue you at that point? You're killing your own chances of having a girlfriend by claiming to already have one.

And... by lying... any woman who knows you're lying, or finds out you're lying, won't trust you. And that kills your chances of dating her!

It never, ever pays to lie to women, because you'll never get anything back but what you don't want.

Hey dude I know what its like. I used to do the exact same things. I would lie to even my best friends about my women situation. I would act like I have had a lot of women in my life. One thing that did end up getting me was a women that lied herself. The funny thing was I was so good at lying that I even convinced myself of my lies and this attracted women who were similar in that respect. At the end of the day I ended up getting hurt quite badly through being lied to and deceived.

I then made a promise to myself to cut out my lies around that specific aspect of life and you know what I get on with my friends better than ever now and I even have the odd women approach me that has genuine self esteem and self confidence. I started out just sharing honestly with a few people and realising that hey they still like me I don't need to put on this act any longer Letting go of it has helped me with my neediness because I feel its ok not to have a girlfriend or not to have had a huge amount of experience with girls

I know the shame man but at the end of the day if they are good friends they will still like you and as spiral said will more times than not want to help you out.

The shame comes from your belief that you have to judge your own progress by that of others. That is not true. Your progress is only judgeable by comparing it to your own past progress. What others do is not an accurate way to judge your own situation because others are not you. Let go of the belief that you have to do what others are doing, and allow yourself to be your own man, and move at your own pace.
