This is where it doesn't make sense. I don't even remember them saying why, if they did it would help.
Because they say this and then they say to focus on the thoughts.. and the thoughts are what you've mentioned. I've been doing that to get more emotions come up and haven't had any issues.
It's just a little confusing they say not to then in the audio they tell you to focus on the thoughts.
