IceAlive's AM6 per-stage introspection

Dear all,

Stage 4 was, again, rather easy to digest. Once more, numerically speaking, there aren't as many things I can talk about as during the first stage, but they're deep!

• clearer awareness of my core values, especially in more tensed contexts when I have to quickly make a decision (e.g. defending somebody vs being indifferent).
  
• active drive to easily re-assimilate some self-development information with thirst, and the realization of how naturally I'm getting in touch with the information now (self-esteem, self-confidence, motivation, relationships, creativity).
  
• many memories from childhood coming during moments of mental inactivity (e.g. on the bus/walking), with the ability to regard the previously unpleasant events with detachment, understanding and acceptance, and enjoy the pleasant ones more vividly.
  
• dreams with unpleasant scenarios almost every night (times/places/people that had to do with me getting hurt), yet waking up at ease and having a neutral towards positive attitude towards them.
  
• more than ever before I feel the need to make things practical (focusing on the function rather than the form, managing to let go of the fact that "I don't have the latest" piece of equipment just for the sake of it), and have everything in order.
  
• continuing to give talks, hold trainings, talk to "important people" as they're simply my pals but still in a respectful way...
  

Two more stages to go. Can't wait for this to end in order to enjoy a longer break. And this is because, as I already hinted, during the few days taken off within every stage it's as if I'm on top of an atomic mushroom cloud!
