That tiredness is the energy being used to accomplish the job. The fearful parts may be trying to prevent it from making progress, and it is almost certainly going to make progress anyway, as long as you use it properly. Tiredness, then, is a sign that it's working.

Having a dream last night, the dream was strange, I can't remember the detail,l but I thought it was the combination between Harry Potter and Walking Dead (Manhunt with facemask made of human skin).

Mild anxiety for 1-2 hours and then disappears. No headache.

Lots of dandruff appear on both days, does this have something to do with fear inside that is being handled by OF?

Dandruff can be a result of a stress response physically.

Today more easily angry with little things, headaches in the morning and night.

Cycle 3 - Day 1 on (Laptop Speaker, US Flac, Volume 36%, Cycle 1 was 50-60%, Cycle 2 was 40%)

Since waking up, anxiety accompanied by panic began to emerge and tried to take over even though it was not successful.

After playing OF for several hours, the panic and anxiety began to disappear.

No dream.

Shannon, is it a good idea to reduce the off days to just 2 days?

If you have been through at least 2 ASRB2 cycles already, you can make adjustments you think will help. But only adjust one variable at a time if you can help it. You already adjusted the volume, so you may want to consider the reduction of days off as something you do when you have found the right volume. Also keep in mind that the days off gives you time to rest, and this program is very demanding.

One thing to point out is that the lower the volume, the less aggressively the program will be affecting you, and that brings with it a double edged sword. It may reduce the perceptory pressure that results in anxiety and headaches, but it also may reduce the power of the program to deal with them. So if things seem to get worse with lower volumes, then gradually start bringing the volumes back up. But what should happen is that things become less harrowing, and you have less conscious awareness of anxiety or headaches. The headaches should fade in intensity and frequency.
