Basicly you think whatever is bothering you (GF), you aslo can look at a picture of her to help you out. and you tap to all the emotions associated to her, and you let go of those emotions.
Hey thanks for the advice I'll look into this method of tapping, I've done other methods previously and then worked well enough but I'm not sure about tapping and running subs at the same time.
