Learn eft tapping, go to youtube and search for fasteft. Geodude also has an awesome tapping protocol that has helped me a LOT, you can pm him.
Basicly you think whatever is bothering you (GF), you aslo can look at a picture of her to help you out. and you tap to all the emotions associated to her, and you let go of those emotions.
