You could be right. I've noticed something similar but it's hard to put into words. On the other hand, amplifying a feeling does get pretty crazy. When I did that with my night terror/aliens fear I actually had to consciously pull back because I could see it going VERY deep. At the same time, I think it's a good thing to plant positive changes as deep as you can. It may be uncomfortable, but it'll probably change everything for the better.
