We have to make some changes to the refund policy as a result of being stuck using PayPal. This is beginning to cause problems where PayPal will not allow us to issue refunds beyond a certain point. So we are forced to change to PayPal's refund policy. I believe that means up to 6 months, but I have yet to verify that.
So until further notice, our refund policy will be limited to the amount of time we are able to issue refunds via PayPal.
