Added this to the description of OGSF today, after seeing what happened to my GF.
Long story short, when the time comes to deal with and release things, you may find yourself overwhelmed with emotions. Having someone who understands and cares, even if all they understand is that you need someone to listen, be there with you or hold you, is important for this process.
