I think streaming is going to make it harder. No refund policy on subliminal, So if streaming and product doesn't get amy results, we lose money? I would rather download it. I don't use a phone to listen to subliminal and that will kill the battery  even more. I can see membership to download. So of us are still not working. Why can you download 5G? That technology is still pretty good.  I guess I can't use them anymore, this new store will make it impossible to used them. There should be an option to purchase and download 3G-5.75G for all people that want to original file.

You are subscribing to a subliminal on a monthly basis.  You are paying for access.  When you don't want it anymore, the option to cancel is right there.  You don't get a refund on the time you paid for to access it.  That's just how it works.  If that's not good enough, buy it instead.  That's why we have buying it as an option also.

Membership to download, that would work.  Someone pays a lower subscription price and then gets the file, decides to cancel because they can and we get a fraction of the price and they keep the file.  Sounds like the kind of scams we are trying to get away from people pulling on us by moving away from PayPal.

You can download 5G.  You have the option to purchase and download 3G, 4G, 5G, 5.5G and 5.75.xG.  You also have the option to subscribe to 5G and higher.

Did I really write that news release that badly, or do you just not have very good reading comprehension?

Sorry Shannon I reread it and it does say that. I do have a reading comprehension problem. Being hungry while reading didn't help. I know I should be more positive, just unemployed for over 1 year now, doesn't help. I do like your subliminal. Now that you clarify it I understand it more. Thanks for all your hard work and trying to create a win win for both or us.

It has been very challenging for us to go through the last 7 years with things steadily getting worse and worse but having circumstances out of our control prevent us from being able to do much about it.  And so it's been very exciting to me to be able to have a solution to focus on, and fix everything in one stroke.  Subscriptions, more pricing options, updated look, easier navigation, etc. And here I am all excited because this is going to be such a great thing and the first thing I'm greeted with was that.  Kind of a downer.

I know how things go with low blood sugar and brain spacing out, so I figured it must have been that I spaced out and wasn't clear enough or you were not comprehending what I wrote, or didn't read it all.

In any case, the goal is to make things better, not worse.
