Update: The 2020 End Of Year Sale will be starting at 5 PM Eastern Time in the United States, which is 9 am Australian Eastern Time. We decided on this because our system is still requiring manual approval for PayPal to complete, and Ben in Australia does the approvals. This will prevent as much delay and frustration as possible.
Also, remember that during the sale, it may take some time for your order to be approved if Ben is taking a break to eat, etc. or if here he is, it's time to sleep. While it's daytime where he lives, it shouldn't be an issue of more than tens of minutes at worst. While he is asleep, of course, no processing can take place. Please bear with us on this, we understand how frustrating it is for you. It is much more frustrating for us, especially for how long it's been going on.
