hey shannon i wanna ask quick question. how its piracy module working? I wanna pre order LTU and then listen to it with my brother. i heard that exposision to subliminal its ok . but can i send it to him for he to listen alone when i will be not home? or me and my friend we wanted to fold both for your more expensive sub. for example AM6 250 him 250 me. anyway the same question can we send that to each other later or we have to buy our own copy each. thanks

I believe Shannon uses the "software licensing" model of copyright for his subs - so it's one license-one person apart from "fair use" (so f. in. someone being exposed to it while you're using it personally). Thus I don't think the "split payment" model would work unless you guys would only listen to the subliminal together. Giving a full-fledged copy to your brother would also be a no-no (you'd have to buy another license for yourself).

Ah that's interesting, i was going to ask something similar. I'm likely to get LTU but really wanted my wife to benefit as well, particularly from DRS (if it's on, because i know we get a good amount of negative energy). That being said we're quite short on cash due to recent circumstances so I wanted to find out if the piracy module would block her from benefiting whilst I play it overnight - in the past i've just bought two copies of a sub to be on the safe side but right now that's not an option for us. 

This is Darwin by the way - something got messed up when i changed my password and i'm now stuck using the first account i set up in 2013 with a cheesy name. 

The AP module does not trigger if the owner exposes someone else while they are exercising their reasonable use rights.  That is considered fair use.  But the other person cannot use it; only the owner.  And the AP does not stop it from working, but you would rather not trigger it, I assure you.  You have nothing to worry about if you buy a copy and play it at night while your wife is sleeping in the same bed.  You are using it; she is being exposed because you are using it; that is reasonable; no harm done.
