Hey Shannon, in the Writer's Creativity Pack, the file with multiple frequencies, how does it work? Are they arranged in ascending or descending order?

It's brainwave entrainment designed to put you in the right states of mind for maximum focus and concentration (editor's track) or maximum creative access (writer's tracks).

There is no order.  The tracks are best used highest frequency to lowest frequency for the writer's tracks until you understand which one works best for you.
