Hi @Shannon I believe it has been just over 2 weeks. I guess I got a bit too excited. I'm not sure if this switch is a sneaky resistance tactic preventing me from staying with UMS. Do you recommend me to alternate in intervals of 1 month rest followed by 1 month LTU5 or UMS? Has this tactic been tried before and was it effective?
I suggest you alternate using each program for 1 month each, with 0 to 3 days of rest in between.
