We appear to be experiencing some difficulty on the back end with orders. Until this gets fixed, you may need to be patient until Ben gets a chance to manually process your order, which will happen whenever he is working. So it shouldn't be more than a maximum of 8 to 12 hours, and probably less than that. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are on it.
