Day 50
Will begin cycle no.9 tonight. Hybrid format seems like overkill so ill be returning back to masked.
Today was paticularly difficult. Suicidal/negative thoughts hitting me left right and centre. Emotionally difficult past events bubbling to the surface. Feels like im back to square one.
Managed to get through the day nonetheless with the aid of high intensity exercise and a cold shower. Feeling much better now.
