I have a theory that women can sense how healthy a man is, just not by his muscles and such, but maybe a healthy man lets off a certain pheromone that signals his high health. There's a woman at my new job that gives me DIHL (actually, a number of women) every time they see me. Crazy.
This is very true, human reproduction's #1 goal is to produce offspring that will survive, the #2 goal is to produce offspring that will attract others and be able to create more offspring.

There was a study that had women smell mens shirts who were very low in vitamin d which is essential to thousands of mechanisms in the body and the women had to rate the attractiveness of the small. Only 1 out of 9 or 10 guys was deemed attractive based on his leftover scent.
They put the guys on prescription vitamin d for 3 months and then had the same women smell the shirts again, this time 7 of them were rated as attractive. Dave Asprey mentioned this way back when he first got started, that one of the first things he noticed externally from his "bio hacking" with supplements and such as that he began getting more female attention. He dismissed it as just increased confidence about his health but a few years later the papers on MHC and immune system being responsible for attraction and he made the link between health and sexiness.
