What I've got recently is that unconstructively criticising, theorising or moralising is a good and useful indicator you've walked off the field and are now a spectator, providing commentary on the game while keeping yourself safe. It's an unfortunate place to be, and it smarts when while your commenting a ball flies out of the field and hits you in the face.
Your task is not to seek for Love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
