I have been physically injured on my arms for almost 7 years since i was a teenager. and later on Shoulders, elbows, spine, and knees... had a shoulder surgery few years back. These injuries does restrict me from doing many physical activities ... altogether resulting in a very poor inner and outer health and energy in general
I myself also think there are many fears i am hiding from using poor health as an excuse... although it may not seem like it in my life...since i am doing not too bad.
I am thinking about running MHS, but fear that i will miss out on things if i stop DMSI... how many days break would i need from DMSI before starting MHS?
Is MHS possible to heal things like micro tears in the body in these areas? i wouldnt mind running it for a long time like half a year or to a year if i have to. in summary i have a SHIT load of injuries... its unreal how far ive came =_= come to think about it i should run MHS, might actually be a more sexy person if i heal up like chaso mentioned...
Based on Chaos' experience, I would say it is increasingly looking wiser and wiser to give anything with P5 at least 21 days to fade out before running other subs. If you fear missing out on DMSI, then you're not going to get far given that.
Remember that MHS does not heal you. It accesses your body's subconscious control panel and gives you instructions to heal whatever is possible to heal. So if it can be healed, but isn't being healed because there is not enough motivation or because you have beliefs or fears holding you back from healing it... you will end up causing your body to heal once you accept the programming.
