My pleasure.

It is, indeed, the purpose of the journal. Right on. About the evaluation, though. It is up to you if you want to evaluate thrice a day, once a day, or maybe, once a week. Once a month? You get the idea. Good.

Yes, of course. But if you post once a week, or not often as you do, people can STILL offer their insight.

First sub (that you can use properly)? Amazing! I understand the sentiment.

Right now on day 7, I can say that I haven't noticed anything at all yet except for some dreams that may or may not be related to the sub.
Suppose, you are on a weight loss regime, will you notice fat loss if you check yourself every hour, every day, or will you notice fat loss if you check yourself once a week, or not often as you do?

Expectations always disappoints, my friend. I am not saying you shouldn't expect anything, but results are not always exactly what you expect, you know.

Evaluate, yes. But don't do it that often. Maybe once a week, or any period of time you feel comfortable about. Or you can tell me to f*ck off. You know yourself better, and should always do what feels right to you.
