I get the 2nd part about take your mind off it, but how can I. I mean isn't that the purpose of the journal, to monitor and comment on how you are doing all this and then you can evaluate it later?

Im also commenting here in the hope that when I am lost and confused people can offer their insights as you just kindly did but also to help anyone else that is new or needs a journal like mine.

In all honesty, after being here for a year and reading journals, I realised that because this is the first sub that I'm going to be able to use properly as its instructions advise that then I should write in as much detail as I can.

If I don't write things, then I know in 1-3months down the line, either I wouldn't have noticed things such as dreams and thus not know if these were even related to the sub, or know if the headphones are the best way for ME but most of all I am fairly sure that by month 1, 2 or 3 I wouldn't have noticed anything and assumed the sub wasn't working, even if it was.

Right now on day 7, I can say that I haven't noticed anything at all yet except for some dreams that may or may not be related to the sub.

When I begin listening for 8hours a day I'm hoping the magic starts because at the moment I've absolutely no idea what magic is occurring and how but believe it must be.

So I really take on board what you are saying but I need to know how to do it, cos I don't know LeonidasXVI.
