I feel very tired, US playing most of the day in my room. Seeing a few dreams and feeling lonely, sad and frusturated for apperantly no reason.

In my new landed job, I feel a bit stressed about if I do the work enough, though it has been only one week.

Going gym almost every day in week, looking good, dressing good, I feel different not in a good way, this feelings shall past too.

Dreaming weirdly, which is an indicator of AM for me. Some of my current issues are starting to come to surface and AM is pushing me to find a way to solve this self destructed behaivours like being always in a state of stress and fapping, I didn't fap for 12-14 days now, urges are very powerfull and most of the time I returned from the edge.

I no more want the fakeness of this shit, have to break the vicious cycle and start to enjoy the life and all what are in it.
