Is your family located around where you currently are? If not, it seems like the physical distance alone should be a big help towards your personal development.

I have moved to another country so it's alot easier but i do not want to burn bridges with family as life is way to short. I spoke to my mother on the phone and she used every shaming tactic in the book to make me feel bad about my decisions.
Damn, Thor, is this your first time running SM3? I'm about 20 days or so into Stage 1, listening to about 14hrs a day on speakers and I'm not getting nearly as strong results with women as you are, yet. Out of curiosity, what's your full subliminal history like, if you don't mind sharing?

I took a 3 week break before embarking on SM.

So you were using WM, now you're using SM? The truth is that neither of those are suitable for your situation with the things you've written in your posts. It would have been best to stick to E2, mainly because it's gentle. Or just kept at the therapy modalities you were doing.

I did give SM ago a few years ago but gave up as I got extremely depressed towards end of stage 2 I think. Another problem was that i was not in the right head space to run SM.

A friend of mine called up and asked me whether I was up for having drinks in one of the smaller towns outside the city. He told me he knew a couple of girls in that town he could invite out. He picked me up and we drove off to the suburbs once we got to the town we bought some beers in a local bar.

For nervousness I been experimenting with gravol pills (they are basically ginger root extract so get that if you can’t find the pills)
Designed for anti-nausea but they work for anxiety too. I used to use them before I went out daygaming. But I think they will work for scenarios like these too. I personally get extremely nervous when it seems like a fast sexual encounter is imminent and that’s why I’m on them again.

She was a cute 7. What I am finding is the lesser attractive women seem to give better sex then the more attractive ones for example an 8 or 9. I think they do this because they want to prove themselves to you.

First time I have had a vivid dream in a long time. In the dream I was relaxing in the living room. Then a wolf walked into my room and kept staring at me. At that point I woke up. On DMSI I use to get a lot of vivid dreams this is the first time it has happened on SM.
I was at a bar a few days ago and noticed the waitress giving me a heated look. When she came round to serve me I bantered with her and managed to get her number and organized a date for the following evening.

We went for a drive then it suddenly began pouring down with buckets of rain. In this part of the balkans when it rains its like bloody monsoon. Anyway next day she pinged me saying how she had a really great evening with me and was up for drinks later in the week. I ignored the message as I never wanted to see her again

I have pretty much given up cold approaching as I have made some really close friends who have introduced me to other people and through them I get the opportunity to meet women. When I dress well and hit a bar with friends I get women literally making excuses to talk to me.
Today I was introduced to a guy who runs a property business. He had a personal assistant a tall hot blonde which I later found out she was the guys daughter. She could not take her eyes of me anyway nothing happened but it could a girl for the future.
