Damn; I guess I'll have to accept this as a fact until the rest of the program, lest I work very hard on sleep, nutrition, exercise, hydration, and overall energy levels.
Use BrainEv as well. It counteracts the exact sleep required by reducing the amount of sleep you need. Have a look on their website. It's a good program.

Slept 11 hours last night; crazy. Super unmotivated to do anything related to my goals (besides my morning ritual); Too much, in my opinion.

- Buy magnesium and zinc in bulk. Pills are ok, powders are better. Magnesium oil is best. Magnesium oil = Magnesium chloride. You can get a year's supply if you make it yourself for 30 dollars. You can buy zinc picolinate pretty cheap as a bulk powder.
- Buy blue blocker sunglasses and wear them after sunset when watching TV, using a laptop, etc. Install f.lux on your pc or laptop to stop it from emitting blue light. Blue light tells your brain it's 2PM and tells it to stop melatonin production.
- Turn off or airplain mode all wifi, all EMF radiating devices around the bed and in other rooms if possible.
- Pitch black room. No alarm lights, no sunlight coming in if your rhythm doesn't resemble the sun.

Thanks for the tips I didn't know all that. I hate the leds stuff they put in every device you buy, it's irritating, might be useful but irritating when you want to sleep or rest without being blind by all this.

Yes. Buy Magnesium Chloride flakes online. Has 95% of the benefits of non-flake magnesium oil.

Just add 50% water to 50% magnesium flakes weight. Stir till dissolved. Put that in a spray bottle. That's it.

Dude, you just came out of nowhere with all this helpful stuff! No kidding, I was just a few weeks back looking into getting zinc and magnesium, but supplements are too expensive.

As for the application, do you drink/eat this stuff or what?

Yeah thanks, I've had a lot of trouble sleeping lately! Can't seem to find good suppliers to Europe, but its not terribly expensive from amazon either. Didn't find any especially cheap zinc powders though.

Just read it. Most of the info is in there. You apply the oil to the skin, as it has better absorption than through the gut. (and no diarrhea issues)

Both iodine and magnesium absorb the best through skin.

Magnesium oil: you just rub it on your skin
You can also rub Iodine on your skin almost everybody is severly Iodine deficient and the Iodine contained in salt is unhealthy (btw if you rub it on your testicles in combination with magnesium it boosts your testosterone, google it)

But if you take Iodine you should also take Selenium, Vitamin C, B2 and B3 because Iodine kills of all the bad bacteria, parasites and funguses in your body and you don't want those dead corpses swimming in your blood.

But after that you feel mentally fresh, clearer thinking, need less sleep, your metablolism gets better (especially if you tend to get cold hands and feet), you loose weight more easily, immune system gets better etc.

It speeds up the regeneration rate of everything it comes in contact with. If you drop some high concentrated iodine for a month on your scar (burns!) it will dissappear as the well-formed skintissue is regenerating at such a high rate that it crowds out the mal-formed scartissue...

Wow, there should really be an entire thread dedicated to this concept, since 5G sub universally take up a lot of brain power, and with the advent of MPME (possibly 6G), budgeting ones energy will become increasingly important.

Two steps I took; I bought a multi-vitamin (1-a-Day for Men), and installed f.lux. I don't really watch tv, so the laptop thing will be a big deal.

I should probably figure out how to turn off wifi for my devices when I go to bed, since I live in a batchelor pad and I have three devices that connect to wifi (cell phone, iPod and laptop).

I've looked at BrainEv, and decided that I will start that once I finish the 'Unlimited Abundance' program by Christie Marie Sheldon. There'd be too much going on otherwise. It seems to offer a sort of 'Life Tune Up' style of benefits, with increases of energy and in sharpness of mind, and sleep quality as well.

Room pitch black; this will be a challenge. I'd have to completely cover up one of the windows (which creates the most light). The other one isn't too bad.

Zinc magnesium and Iodine... hmm.. I can buy Zinc/Magnesium/Calcium at the grocery store, but for magnesium oil and/or iodine, I'd have to have a look at that. It sounds very intriguing.



Another thing I've heard about is Pink Himalayan Salt; most salts have colour before being processed, which also means they had minerals in them not found in table salt. Excellent to drink water with pink himalayan salt when waking up to get dozens of minerals in our body, so I hear.
Don't use the zinc/magnesium/calcium combi, as calcium and magnesium can be antagonists.

I also recommend iodine, just as Athanas. Essential for life, thyroid health, thinking clearly (babies not getting enough iodine can have 7 IQ points than otherwise).

Himalaya salt is great! Get it also.

This stuff costs SOME money but the productivity, relaxation and freedom it adds is inconceivable Wink
