Stage 0 must be used according to the instructions, which will not include alternating it with something else.
Furthermore Stage 0 is designed to be EVERYTHING you need in itself. It has PRA v1 included.
I meant alternating as in after a full run of each, in case you thought I meant like alternating every cycle or something. But the fact that it has PRAv1 in it is awesome!

Shannon I bought MLS 6G NFRM. What have you observed in terms of its lasting effects or what it's capable of? I may start a journal, but might not have much to report just yet. I'm starting a new job next month and will be learning to program in R for analytics.
My goal is to be a better analytics programmer by the time I finish the 3 months of the program. Then, I may run it again or buy AM7 at that point. I had to choose between MLS and AM7, and I chose MLS for my new job and all the learning I have to do to be successful.
I ran it last night, and I woke up feeling good and refreshed. The dreams were good though I vaguely remember them.

PRAv1 and PM (my two favorite subs) in one stage? That almost seems too good to be true...Wow!
I'm not certain I need Stage 0, but I'm damned sure looking forward to running it.

All of the talk about Stage 0 has convinced me. I don't care if I need Stage 0 or not. The potential benefits are worth it.
I, frankly, wasn't planning on running AM, but Stage 0 itself sounds like the bees knees and I might try it out at some point.

And then we'll see if I feel the need to go further with AM.

Stage 0 may wind up as an unofficial "guys, this will fix your shit" title. For that matter, it might become the unofficial "guys, before you run anything else, run AM7 Stage 0". And having a solid if unofficial entry point into the 6G library as it continues to develop would be very useful.
"Never used an IML title before? Stage 0."
"The one you're running doesn't seem to be working? Take a break, then Stage 0."
That'd cut down on a lot of analysis paralysis and choice fatigue.
Oh nice, didn't notice PM at first!
In AM6, the first stage was very much a clearing stage AFAIK and then moving to stage 2, some of that was lessened and replaced with the main program goals and I think stage 3 was "big guns", so perhaps most prep stuff was dropped by then. Though I think EPRHA was included in an all stages.
Will AM7 not have healing & clearing anymore in the first stages or what's the role of this separated stage 0? Asking now because of the preorder, trying to think how much I'll use this.
Can AM7 stage 0 be used as a standalone on its own, even if you don't plan on using the rest of AM7 afterwards?
Hi Shannon,
I got very excited when I saw that PRA v2 will include Brain Optimiser, amazing! Does it already include any detox from physical substances like heavy metals?
I think PRA v1 it's the most powerful subliminal I used so far but with it I still have to do some meditations (mind exercises) twice a day to be fine, or in a way I feel I'm getting worse.
My case maybe it's not too common, but with OSC I felt I was being healed without needing the meditations. Do you think it will make sense to include some type of confidence programming in PTSD v2?
Also, someone I know haven't noticed any results from PTSD within one month and a half. Should she change to the masked track?
Thank you!!!
You might have noticed a new forum section has appeared close to the top of the forum.
This section will contain the instructions of programs 5.5g and above as each have specific instructions. It contains a thread for the program title, with seperate posts for each version. The latest version will be at the bottom. Threads are sorted in alphabetical order.

These will be attached as text files to the downloads soon too.

I appreciate this very much as I have more older tech programs like UMS 5.75.7G I think and I forgot the instructions.
At this point If I wanna run it I may as well get the 6G version.

The new MLS is a very powerful program, but it also has a lot of things it's trying to accomplish. So it takes time to get to where it's going, and it's sort of like working a semi truck up from 1st gear to 31st gear. It takes time, but once it gets moving, it's a beast.

Stage 0 is serious shit. I am almost finished developing the script. I should be able to build it tomorrow (Feb 10th, 2026), if everything goes well with what's left to do tonight.
For those who need it, this is going to be a serious ass kicker. For those who have already achieved the primary goal (become a fully responsible adult man), it will be a lot of icing on the cake, but it's still going to kick your ass and make serious improvements. This program is so packed with stuff that I was for a short time considering making it 3 stages by itself. For now, I think that would be overkill, so we'll adjust usage time and patterns accordingly.

Except that it's for genetic adult males only, and has a goal that is incompatible with anyone else.
