If you're executing the AutoConfig, it will basically tell you exactly what settings to use in real time.  Follow those urges, unless it's telling you to use less, lower volume, more days off, etc. and then you can question it.

@Shannon I have the same urge after my first cycle completed, but I'm still following the direction according to instructions, should I follow my urge based on "autoconfig" module or only change 1 variable at a time?

This is where things get difficult.  The first 14 days needs to be clear of interference so I can see how it works in certain situations when there are too many unknowns.  After that we can start making modifications.

If AutoConfig is executing, you'll "just know" that you need X loops, or Y days on, or Z days off, etc.  Maybe not all at once, but you'll get a very specific urge, and while it may not be specific enough to tell you "3 loops a day", you'll at the very least feel a need for more loops, and when you've had enough, that desire will end.

If you're getting urges like that, follow them.  That's what AutoConfig is for.

But if you're not getting the desired results and AutoConfig is not executing, then you should make incremental adjustments, one variable at a time, one "click" at a time.

Likewise, i want to change from three days off to two days off but it is not an overwhelming urge. I’m just wanting to experiment. By day three I have some anxiety resurface.

Then change one variable at a time (days off) by one "click" (-1 days off).  Isn't that what I've been saying?

Well I wanted clarification since what I am experiencing is not an overwhelming desire.
I received the instruction of 2x2, 2x0, 3x1 today by my subconscious. Ran 2 loops yesterday evening, and through both loops I felt this restlessness at my base/root chakra. Makes sense due its nature.

At the gym, I noticed I was more drained, although slightly but noticable. No fear popping up, although with this one girl at the gym, banging body, cute face, I noticed I slightly froze up. She gave this strong look of "engage me" she was literly waiting for me to come up to her. Its strange as my workout was finished and she was basically for grasps, strong signals. I start to realize why and probably as she gave dtf signals, that was the cue.

Why its strange? Because in a group of women at the gym it all just flows, better then it has ever been basically, like knowing eachother for years while not, lol. Funny thing is, it just happened spontaneously. Theyre pretty cool no bs.

Today,according to the 2x2, 2 loops are on the menu. I notice some fear with it, and also thoughts like "to much" I am slightly delaying the 2 loops due the impact of my first set, but alas. Things are looking upwards.sky aint even the limit.

Ran 2 loops last night and now am taking a bloom break. Awesome. Pretty tired atm. If masked has this impact, oooh boy. In a way these 2 loops are a priming the pump to prepare me for the hybrid format.

Also, the typical sense of TID is going on. To me, there is fear of not knowing whats going on, and now I know which is amazing. UMSv2 TID. what a great place to be in.

My interest is caffeine consumption is quickly dying off. This goes for other stimulants aswell. Im curious how this will affect the finetuning of my physique would I re-introduce it. Im steered away from consuming it. Dropping all has a fear to it, like standing with empty hands, suddenly having way more time.

Sub is smoooooth. Seems Shannon cracked the code. 6g will be nuts. Minimal resistance and rapid changes along with euphoria/bodybuzz. Excitement is an understatement.

Edit: on some level I was still fighting and I gave up, relaxing in whatever took place. Coming to realize the fighting was not helping me in anyway. Effort vs surrender.
Also, at the gym, I suddenly felt the need to become hostile and agressive, to start shit. Like an urge to just go up the big guy and make a fuzz and actually aiming to get physical with the dude. It struck a nerve as some big guy was behind me working out. Like build up iritation,but there was an actual driven desire behind it to fuck him up.
Definitely got some irritation going on right now. No desire to run a loop. Im just taking it all in right now.
My subconscious urged me to run a loop. Ran one loop (6/6/21 day 14/180 )

This is what I'm looking for in terms of results.  Smooth and unstoppable.  And there's still stuff to optimize, and stuff to harvest from Beast before we get to 6G.
Unstoppable and smooth is a pretty spot on description.

First day off.
Day 2

Anxiety and fears pop up. Naming them seems to be real easy but damn does fear hit me at times. Hopelessness, despair. Wonder if I should run loops or if it is all the loops processing.

Work & responsibility were hot topics yesterday, especially the latter is fundamental ( responsibility ) this alone will have your life run smooth and taps into limitless potential. I cant stress responsibility enough.

Attraction is another one today.

Bodylanguage hella on point tho.its like 2 different worlds.

Edit1: im seeing the light slowly. Im buzzin. Workflow is so damn easy. Productivity to the moon!

The sub is digging up so much and so rapid. Hopelessness, helplessness, despair, fear, anxiety... with hints of limitless and let up. The diamond remains the diamond so to say underneath all of it, the raw unlimited self, but when amidst of it, boy o boy. I can do it tho, im capable of handling it, but man o man, is it brutal. Im deeep into OF and this is just masked.

Amidst all if this, I believe Shannon cracked the code and the sky aint even the limit. So many stuff is coming up.begativity, not wants, etc. Resistance or pure fear, idk.

Im gonna run 2 loops today. 2 loops is what the subc ordered.

I see now. Tl;dr overcome victimmindset, make hella bank, cuz why tf not
2 loops sweetspot <3 I held this boat off waaaay to long.

Also, when I gaze, women gaze back and melt, break out a smile and what not. Its like seeing DMSI design goals in full glory. Im buzzin after 2 loops. I go with my intuition.
Im just coolin with myself. Got the instruction from my subconscious yesterday, the moment you feel this fear come up. Run loops. Im thrilled to see where I am after 6 months. Limitations are broken down for real now.
Had my parents come over as my bday ( hahaha ) is tomorrow. OF was shining aswell as DRS. damn oh damn.
