What has your experience been so far to get you to say that?

Its like a safehaven. Negativity from people, I see it coming, I simply dont react not flinch. Its like a field that bounces this energy back onto the people/sends it back. Would also explain the niceness and respect thats gone way up.
Also my inner voice/subconscious came up with it. "Its DRS!" I had to search through the forums to even confirm it being in this version, as I thought I saw you mentioning it.

Very cool.

Reflecting on UMS, there is no desire to run it at all, rather full OFv3 focus. Deep inner work going
Also, addictions are being whiped out. Fear is still there to cut full loose, but im really getting there. Its an instant swoop with co-operation, I welcome the changes.

I have long believed that addictions were somehow involved with fears. Very interesting.

I also feel my addiction to certain things have disappeared, I usually like to smoke wacky tobaccy but I don't have the urge anymore nor do I want too, even though I have it. There was a brief moment where I felt like doing it when I felt a little bit of rejection the other day, but it went away fast. normally I would have done it.

At some point this morning I had strong desire to run loops which persisted for some hours. Its my first day no loop, this happened also my very first cycle on the first day off. The desire was especially strong at the gym and around the gym.

It's usually a good idea to follow those urges, because that's the autoconfig at work. It's basically your subconscious asking for extra support in doing the job.

Cool. I found it rather quick to run loops again after not even hitting the end of my one day + with my first cycle this happened only at day 1, after that I was good. Day 3 is where it was more anxiety-ish last cycle. I seem to execute on the basic instructions just fine.
It made me question if it aint a cleaver way to sabotage the ARSB tho.
Would it be wise to follow it and disregarding the changing of one thing at time by following these urges, or should I still change just one thing to see what it does?

If you're executing the AutoConfig, it will basically tell you exactly what settings to use in real time. Follow those urges, unless it's telling you to use less, lower volume, more days off, etc. and then you can question it.

@Shannon I have the same urge after my first cycle completed, but I'm still following the direction according to instructions, should I follow my urge based on "autoconfig" module or only change 1 variable at a time?

This is where things get difficult. The first 14 days needs to be clear of interference so I can see how it works in certain situations when there are too many unknowns. After that we can start making modifications.
If AutoConfig is executing, you'll "just know" that you need X loops, or Y days on, or Z days off, etc. Maybe not all at once, but you'll get a very specific urge, and while it may not be specific enough to tell you "3 loops a day", you'll at the very least feel a need for more loops, and when you've had enough, that desire will end.
If you're getting urges like that, follow them. That's what AutoConfig is for.
But if you're not getting the desired results and AutoConfig is not executing, then you should make incremental adjustments, one variable at a time, one "click" at a time.

@Shannon
Likewise, i want to change from three days off to two days off but it is not an overwhelming urge. I’m just wanting to experiment. By day three I have some anxiety resurface.
