I know that OLD is terrible. But I can’t push myself to do in-person stuff. My emotionality goes into a collapsed mess and I can’t find the aggressiveness to talk to people, so swiping is all I’ve got. 

I hope your journey is going good with OF V3? Do you feel Hybrid works better than US or Mask?

I’ve not noticed any results that I can attribute to OF, whatever flavor of recording that I’ve used.

Neither can I. How long have you been doing OF V3? I done OF V1 and no results. I started OF V3 on july 31. It seems better. I hope it does what the description says.

I’ve been doing it for 76 days. Don’t necessarily take me as an example, though. My emotional system is pretty broken. I would imagine that it works a lot better on folks for whom that’s not the case.

I’m continuing to listen to the sub, but my interest in participating on this board has declined significantly.

Still not anything noticeable. New practitioner is going well.

Finally getting things done around the house. Time to chop into my floor and rewire my breaker box.

Overnight four ultrasonic loops yesterday as it was busy, and today the three hybrid loops as usual.

Congrats on the new store! It’s looking good, despite the pain of technology migrations that I know oh too well.

Doing kinda ok. Breaker box rewired. Practitioner issues, which sucks.

I have what I call "the plateau effect" If I run 3 loops hybrid and start to feel "baseline" or "plateau" I up my listening a loop. World of difference.
