Shannon, I just bought a bike this past weekend and as soon as I got home I went out for an hour and half journey. It was a wise choice!

Its been 11 days into stage 1 and im liking AM2011. Right from the get go i could feel this sub. On second day, the only way i could describe the feeling was smoothness. It was like a nice soft breeze inside. i listen to it at night, which is appropriate because it gets me tired. 3rd night, i woke in middle of night, and i felt this strong internal stillness. Like my internals just stopped and was still yet at same time smooth. i could focus on one point of thougt and just hold it. Weird and interesting feeling. If you dont think about the feeling properly, it could probably cause one anxiety because it had a little bit of strength to it. Since then, had little bit of resistance but nothing worth writing about. I generally have a decent level of confidence but today it just felt so natural and smooth. dreams seem to go back to childhood memories with some involving breaking apart the place i was at. i do add in about 2 hours of luck magnifier 4g just for a little bit of seasoning to am2011. i listen to am2011 about 10 hours per day. I like it. its a strong sub as far as feeling i get from it, but i like it. anyway, my feedback.

I actually had an idea for a six stage set for sports. Each stage would involve one aspect of one sport. For Golf, for example, there would be one disc for inner game, one for stance and grip, one for putting, one for driving, and so on. Right now I don't know enough about golf to be able to really design it. I never thought I would end up learning golf, but I see I have to for this to work, and it's kind of funny, because I was thinking about how doing that as research is going to change my life. Learning to play golf and whatever other sports I will learn to accomplish this... and I just know I'm going to create something that people love, once I get finished.

I was thinking about it... I go to the local public golf course and say, "I'm here to learn golf so I can create a program to make people's golf game better." Then I spend a few months learning about the game and building the program, and start by offering it to the people I meet while learning the game. I think it would take off like wildfire from there.

So much work to do. Good thing I love what I'm doing.

Back to building the Sex magnet. Stage 2's script has been a bear, but it's almost finished.

Shannon, your new rejuvenation and zeal in life sounds amazing, and glad to hear your gonna be having more fun, I had the sense that you spent 16 hours a day on a computer working like some mad genius lol
Anyway this zeal and go-get-em-ness is what I love about the new alpha as well-its not as consistent as I would like during stage 5 but the periods where it hits, it hits hard and I am out the house and flying, massively taking chances to improve my self and life. It seems to a little on/off lately though. I know these later stages are really heavy duty, but I'm wondering if perhaps, Alpha 010 didn't set a strong enough foundation for 011 later stages. Don't get me wrong I am definitely experiencing a ton of great results, and stage 5 has been life changing but I feel its overwhelming sometimes like I don't have the foundation for it. IDK could be resistance from the stage.

The script for Stage 2 is finally finished being optimized. It is so powerful that I am literally in awe of what I have designed it to do. Sex magnet is absolutely and definitely NOT something you will be able to use with ANY OTHER subliminal, period. It will seek to aggressively use ALL of your abilities and energies to achieve it's goals.

That is exactly what happens when I am not socializing myself enough, actually. But really, it's okay. Igor has placed the order for more glassware, so I'm not mad anymore. lol

I thought so. I think it was a mistake on my part to allow you guys to do that. In the future, if you're in process with a six stage set, don't switch to the latest release in the middle. Keep going and finish what you've started, or start over again with the new one.

Ok that's depressing
Here is what I am wondering now
1. Will I have officially done an alpha set when I am done or are the last stages a waste? I def. have changed a lot for the better but lately am feeling very insecure inside and low energy inside.
2. Can I go straight into sex magnet after and do a full alpha after that, I really don't want to wait another three months?
E. Can u please tell me a little bit about what exactly stage 4 and 5 011 r supposed to do so I can better gauge my next move

I am really liking where the 2011 alpha set is taking me. I am happier, I am stronger, I am more social and more comfortable in social situations. There is a sense of inner strength that seems to have "become" my inner core, and it "just is". It's so deep that it literally IS me. It's like this began as a singularity within the same space I occupied, and as it grew, it grew intertwined with my essence. I feel it growing stronger day by day, and it is making me feel really good... confident... healthier, more social more assertive, and more "go get it" when I want something.

I have also begun attracting the attention and interest of women, as well. This is much more obvious an attraction from women than I got with any of the previous alpha male sets. I am just happy being by myself, and enjoying their company, and if they aren't around, no big deal. I'm having fun with my newfound desire to be alive and social, and at least one of them is giving more and more signs of becoming seriously interested. I'm not trying to attract her or anyone else right now, though, because I am still healing. Everything I do to back off and keep things chill and fun seems to be more and more attracting her... I guess I'll have to bring this up soon. But it's amazing how just having fun and doing my own thing can be so attractive to women.

I can't wait for what happens by the end of this set, with the manifestations I put in.

In short, it's making me feel awesome. I am free of neediness and the need for validation and such from others. Whatever codependency I had left after my last relationship ended is dead and gone. I am, for the first time in my life, single and enjoying it. I feel as if it's just naturally time to get out and socialize, and I feel that it is okay and possible to naturally do so even with strangers. My dreams are reflecting this, as they have me going out and meeting people and having a wonderful time just having fun and talking. Sometimes, I go dancing in my dreams. Unfortunately, in real life, when it comes to dancing, I am as Weird Al would put it, "whiter than sour cream". lol

So I have gotten it in my head lately that I am going to start being more active. I am going to start kayaking more, and get myself a bicycle. Kayaking for upper body exercise, and biking for lower body. I also have been wanting to take dancing lessons, fencing lessons and yoga. Maybe Tai Chi, too.

I am really loving what AM2011 is doing with me. I think I am coming out of this period of mourning healthier and stronger than ever, and it feels like I am not just blooming as a new person, but that I am going to come out of this dark tunnel like a shot!

It's great to read that your making these strides after the year you had in 2010.

I have to say I'm getting very similar results to yourself. The difference between the previous Alpha set's (2009) and the current set is definitely - as Rainbow put's it - the 'zeal'. I just feel more vibrant and energetic on the set. Driven! I, too, am getting more attention from Women. More attention than on 09 Alpha and even Women Magnet. I don't know what's causing this, perhaps the zeal, perhaps how everything is so naturally, suave. I don't know but I'm liking it.

You should definitely look into Yoga. You mentioned a few months ago about your lungs, and there are several really unstrenuous postures in yoga that really improve lung strength and capacity. If you can find a studio near you with a good teacher they should be able to help and direct you in this area. Another benefit to Yoga is getting to meet more like-minded people; people at the classes come from all walks of life, and they each want something different from their practice, but sure enough there's always a few doing it for the same reason you are and tend to be on the same wavelength. I'd like to try Tai Chi, or qi gong but my schedule is full.

Ah, Kayaking! That is something I really need to get into.
