Probably not, unless I integrated the two. Which would be a 12 stage set... kinda defeats the point.

I have no idea how a gay man compares to a straight woman psychologically, so I can't really say on that aspect, the dating thing isn't the point for that book. It's the alpha behaviors. The other book is better for that specifically. If you want to check out DYD, I'm sure it would be interesting for you to read regardless.

There's no intent to upset you, or be rude or offensive. I am just saying I don't know how much it will apply.

I seem to have created something unexpectedly wonderful. A few days back, I was having some odd emotional responses, and I traced it back to probably being a case of having eaten too much carbohydrates and not enough protein, etc. So I went to the store and decided to make a vegetable soup. Vegetables good, yada yada. Not really much for vegetables, but why not, I like the soup.

So I got carrots, brocolli, yellow squash, zuchinni, corn, potatoes, mushrooms and carrots. I was gonna use vegetable broth for the base, but Wally world didn't have any, so I got beef broth, and threw it all in a big ol' pot. (Actually have a lot of vegetables left over.)

I cooked it for a while, but got too tired, so I turned it off and went to bed and kept cooking it when I woke up. I tasted it, added some salt, and then realized it had space for more stuff, so I added more stuff. Kept cooking it, and as it would cook down, I'd add more stuff.

The last thing I added was brown rice. Once that was cooked, I didn't have vegetable soup anymore, I have vegetable stew. And I am genuinely surprised at how much I like it. I wasn't expecting it to be as yummy as it is.

Now I have this 24 inch pizza that is sitting there and I'm eating vegetable stew instead. lol Next time I'll have to write down what I do and make a recipe.
