If someone released a video series on diet and exercise, a LOT of people that buy it are still not going to diet or exercise, essentially they 'resist' the program. Same thing here. Everyone wants a magic pill and then they want to cry when they find out magic pills aren't real.

You can't help everybody, some are too hard case.

For me, these subs work insanely better than I would ever dream something like this working, so everything you said is pretty irrelevant. All those people you mentioned could have gotten a refund if they wanted too, and there's people that do get refunds so it's not like they're being programmed to not get a refund like you implied.

I'm sure Shannon answers more in the women's section because there's wayyyyyyyy less hard cases there.

Personally I think these subs are golden. If someone doesn't like them they can always return them and never use them again, but like I said people want the magic pill, they want to wake up a different person instead of put in the work to change, you can't really fix that.

You really can't help everybody, but these subs definitely help me.

If you listen to a sub telling you to do something all day and you still don't do it, then whose fault is that?

It's the users fault, just like if a user buys a weight loss guide and doesn't follow any of the instructions and then wonders why they didn't lose the weight. It's the same thing really, and in both cases the user can still always get a refund but I can say from my experience these subs have been a Godsend.

Ryan, I think you have some very good points there... maybe not the shannon conspiracy theory, but I have thought about lack of success with women on this forum...

Lemme add on to say that AM was not designed to get you women. It was designed to get you to be a self-sufficient man. Not a Prince Charming. I think Shannon should make it mandatory to do clearing before you get to bigger programs. OF and EPHRA would be the recommendations along with LTU.

Yeah agreed, AM6 isn't focused on women at all. It CAN be a side-effect, because of your improvement as a man, but it is not the focus at all of AM6. (as in it's not supposed to be)

Also, I agree I think Overcoming Fear for 3-6 months should definitely be a "mandatory" pre-req. Though of course it can't be actually mandatory, but it can be highly advised.

Yeah I think I may have overestimated the ability of AM6 to help me with women. Sure it has certainly helped and i've slept with more women in the last year than in years before, but there is still some big spaces in my ability to do so. But it has given me alot of growth in other ways, I just expected it to help with women alot more than it has.

Shannon do you think its a good idea to run alpha over and over back to back or take breaks and come back to it every so often?

Also do you think that it is healthy to run subs for years with no extended breaks? I've read threads of guys who are getting brain fog and Dzemoo said something about his brain slowing down due to 3 years straight running subs.

I read above that you ran alpha 5 times but with 6 month breaks in between. Do you think that you would have gotten better results if you had run alpha twice as much in the same amount of time in place of the breaks?

I did it the way I did it because there was nothing like it then, and I was the only one using it. The first couple versions were made for me, and it was only later that I started offering the 2008 version for sale. I used it for six months and then stopped because I thought I had permanent results. As it turned out, within 6 months, I needed a refresher, so I made a new version and ran it. Each time I did that I thought I was done, and over time, I saw the effects reducing. So I ran it again.

I think if I had the ability to go back in time, I would probably run it for 6 months, take a break of some weeks, and then run it again for six months. You guys now have the ability to benefit from the experiences of many who came before you.

That said, some will find that a longer break is more useful. I would say 1-3 months in that case might be better than 6. But I'm quite sure I'd have gotten better results if I had run it back to back.

Of course I can afford a taxi. But why would I waste money on a taxi when I can walk to the office? It's decent exercise, and it's not like I had to be here any sooner than I arrived. I'm actually thinking maybe I should walk more often, and get more activity in.
