This might seem like a silly question, but was I supposed to be listening to 2.4's loops back-to-back? Usually if I was awake I'd time the stuff I needed to do after each loop ended and then start the next one.

Shannon, for 2.4, is 5 contiguous loops optimal even if using it mainly for healing? Or could there be faster healing results using it for like 8-10 loops?

Shannon, consciously I think I'm this nice, sensitive guy but then if I notice my body language I'm this irreverent alpha. It's very weird. It's like from the head up I'm a barbie but then I look down and see this ripped alpha stud body and I'm like wtf? Or like how sometimes I'll feel insecure yet people will react to me like I'm the shit or girls will throw signs of attraction at me. I think this has something to do with the dissonance between the conscious and subconscious minds. This has been the same on my first AM6 run as well as now on my second. Is this something that is normal, takes time, or will be fixed with 6g? It would be really cool if I could realize how much of a badass I am like other people seem to already have.

I once read that the lowest (status-wise) dogs in a pack will pretend to be "ok" if they are hurt or hungry so as not to appear weak...

It's a small thing, but thanks Shannon for having DMSI 2.5 flac files altogether in a zip file!

It's convenient to download, and I'm pretty sure you can't unzip a zip file if part of the data is missing or if it got corrupted. So no need to verify file sizes then.

just to clarify to anyone in case it's unclear....

DMSI is designed to be used in one continuous listening session.

for 2.4, you should listen to 5 loops back to back, making a total time of 5 hrs 20 minutes in one listening session

for 2.5, you should listen to 3 loops back to back in one listening session

and shannon has stated somewhere on this forum that it doesn't matter what the goal of the program is. if the recommended usage is 5 loops, then 5 loops is optimal. doesn't matter whether u want healing or aura.

Just takes time for your new reality to settle in. You haven't run DMSI yet, but when you do, you'll get to experience the reality shifting tech -- which does take you by surprise at first (imagine what you're experiencing times two). Take a look at Sarge's journal, I think he's actually kinda going through it right now, where he feels he's losing his personality and becoming boring, but from reading his posts, I think it's the opposite (don't let it go to your head, Sarge).

I had the same thing happen on both AM6 and DMSI. Feeling like I'm "not alpha," but then having people react like it. I even had an incident today -- now that I was off v2.4 and the code was running -- where I was complaining to my boxing coach about how insanely hard two of the other boxers were hitting me. Now, I ain't no bitch, but it was "10%" sparring match, meaning we use 10% force and they were going like 75% when I was still following the rules. The coach literally laughed at me and said: "Dude, are you serious? These guys are absolutely terrified of you because of your size and how good your form and technique is."

Didn't even realize it until after he said that. Mentally, I was viewing myself as the dude being picked on. According to the coach, they're thinking the same thing.

It'll settle in eventually.

Interesting, I had similar things. The girl I was sleeping with during AM6 mentioned several times about me being Alpha, but I can't say I really felt it myself.

There may of been other things similar, but I can't think of them other than to say I had a very similar thing to what you're describing.

What is the file size per file of DMSI 2.5?
My ocean surf FLAC is 565,798 kb.

Check the MD5 if it's the same, download a free program to calculate MD5 if you are on windows. Then check if it's the same on the MD5 file given in the download file.
If it's the same then you file is exactly the same.

Music file or Video will still work though, even if there are partially corrupted. Sometimes it could be just a slight glitch in a video and the MD5 will be different. So in a sub audio file it wouldn't make any difference I think, maybe a 0.0001%. Unless it's very corrupted, partially downloaded, stopped in the middle, there you have a problem.

Nothing like v1, yet, where I had women following me around like a puppy. What was in that thing that made it so potent? There were side effects, though. The day after running it, I was always completely drained for hours.

same - for attracting women, v1 has been the most powerful one for me so far socially and sexually, and it was an exhausting sub sometimes. literally all kinds of women shooting me IOI's all the time (including moms and grannies but i appreciated the attention). lots of fun interactions with people. cute young 7's that i would normally see during the day and be polite with were suddenly trying to touch and talk to me. my favorite sub of the bunch.

however, v2.4 was also a profound experience - really awesome for healing motivation and that was its sole effect on me, it had me working on several healing modalities that got me pretty far in terms of clearing out old junk.
