Hi Shannon,

Does mono or stereo matters? I know it used to matter long time ago and I know people who are using mono.

Do you think hipnosis could help someone to reduce the resistance to your subs? If so, are the any affirmations or messages you would recommend?

Mono and stereo does matter, but it is not a critical factor.  Stereo is better, and it becomes better as the stereo separation improves.  But mono works just fine.

Hypnosis can help reduce resistance to subliminals, but it has to be done very carefully, and not in the way you might think.  You would need an expert or master hypnotist to go in and find and remove all the reasons for resistance, which is going to be a VERY tall order.  Even then, you may not find success, but it is possible.

What subliminal and what version/generation are you referring to specifically that is triggering difficult resistance?

Thanks for your input. I used Anxiety Relief Aid 5.5G years ago, and it helped me. I was planning to restart it, and I found out there’s a 5.75G version, so I started with that one instead. As Have at ye mentioned, we might get 6G as well, so until then I’ll stick with the 5.75G. The thing is, I used it for the first time last night, and I woke up calmer than I have on most mornings over the past few months. Time will tell.

If you're going to use one of my subliminals, and you've already tried going the professional route, then in your shoes what I would do is get a copy of or a subscription to PRA v1 and work with that.



It's not always fun or easy, but it does work.  It's gonna be a bit until I can finish v2.

You need to give me the full details of what is going on.

PRA when it is used properly can and often does trigger resistance, and the proper way to handle it in most cases is to just keep going.  The parts that need to change are not always going to change without a fight, but they can and will change.  Trying to reduce or avoid resistance isn't always the solution.

Give me the full picture, so I can give you accurate advice, please.

5.75 G is VASTLY less powerful than 6G. Between that and the specifics of what both titles are trying to do, you will not need more than a day or two off between them.

I'm gonna explain anyway, because it's important. ARA is a very generalized title, but it's generality is also it's downfall in cases where you have that level of anxiety.  It attempts to diffuse and relieve the anxiety, but it is not trying to help you correct the cause of it.  It's for mild to moderate bouts of anxiety, not chronic or extreme anxiety. PRA v1 is working to calm the issue and also get you to resolve the issue.  That level of anxiety is almost always caused by some sort of trauma, which is what PTSD Recovery Aid is focused on helping with.

Just want to make sure cause if I'm on TRT I'll make sure I get off of it as quick as I can to keep running Stage 0.

AM7, and it's predecessors, do not attempt to change your hormones at all.  Unlike some of the other "alpha male" options you have I understand that hormone adjustment requires constant application of the subliminal.  Since I cannot make a permanent change that way, we do not use it, and I instead focus on what will make a permanent internal change that you can achieve and then no longer need to use the subliminal to have mor maintain.

So the hormonal aspects of all of what went into it have been disabled.

Is there any aura manipulation/modulation in AM7? And for that matter is there any of that in the basic skeleton script or do you only attempt to deliberately change the aura in specific programs that require that?
