The sale is just 40% off, not changing. Shannon is still working on MIR3, it'll be a while yet.

I wouldn't recommend stopping MHS now, especially since you say you're noticing it helping. It makes little sense, especially since MHS also contains detoxing.

As for the other question, the page says "This program can be used along side other subliminals. For example, it would be acceptable to add 1 or 2 loops of Sleep Induction Aid to the top of your playlist containing your other subliminals that you would normally listen to while you sleep. It would also be acceptable to use this program as a sleep optimizer (looping all night) and then use another subliminal like you normally do during the day. This should not cause any problems as long as you are not consciously resisting Sleep Induction Aid while you are listening to it."

But Shannon can confirm about using it on the days off and such, but it sounds ok.

I will have to continue MHS for now. I asked because I want to but Sleep Induction Aid since it is currently on sale.
I'll still wait for Shannon's take on this because I'm just following the Instructions I saw on the MHS v2 page.

I only listen to this sub at night because I need to listen to it for 6 straight loops, thats exactly 9 hours.

Sleep Aid is designed to be used as a sleep aid. Not as long term mind programming. It will disrupt other subs to some degree, but as long as you limit use to 2 loops per day and you don't use it every day, it should not be a big issue. (It's only 5G).

MHS has much more powerful physical detoxing in it than UD does.

MIR 3.0 will be released in probably 1-2 weeks.  Possibly as much as 3.

Btw since I'm about two months in with MHS v2 and slowly improving over time (but sometimes going back to having symptoms but it is not as common as before), do you think it is a good idea to jump to Universal Detox 5.5g for a month and see if MHS v2 is effectively reducing my symptoms?
