Self esteem is something that's definitely improved upon and very noticable in the first stage. Sounds like your results are good solid improvements. I feel more well rounded too. I'm almost done with stage 1. I need to download that PDF again, though. I think I originally downloaded it as a temporary file and lost it. Maybe Shannon can give me a link for another. My orginal link is timed out.

Same! Halfway through stage four. I am in no rush, but I am really curious about trying this out.

Stage 4 on alpha male is quite a doozie so just hang in there. You'll be there before you know it!

And thus far on stage 2 of SM2011, (day 2) my sex drive is inching up (feeling horny and stuff) and trying to visualize what I really want and to be consistent with it.
And I guess I'm having an a-ha moment:
I'm attracting women to me more so currently that have higher physical beauty than in the past. The "average" ones that were real friendly towards me in the past are acting more distant now. Hmm
However with that being said, if the woman with higher levels of physical beauty has a crappy personality, she will be shut out of my life immediately. Physical beauty gets the foot in the door but not much further than that! I'm pretty good at sh*t testing!

And your right I always said they need a bit of both. I need to be attracted to them, even if they have the best personality in the world and they don't turn me on, it doesn't work. But also if they are very good looking, but as fun as a cardboard box (which could be fun for a while haha) that's not good either.

I've noticed how much my standards have increased just from Alpha. Alot of girls who I would have slept with in the past i've had them attracted to me, but won't go near them. Sure i'll talk to them a bit, but that's it, these dysfunctional girls just turn me off now.

There's one who's really interested and keeps trying to get me to feel up her boobs while i'm at work and I won't, 2 other guys I work with think I should just go for it and that i'm crazy not to.

I'm guessing that stage 2 is working with the flirting bit because It's beginning to kick up some. Before salsa, I went to hoots since I got a free "training burgers" thing via sms message. Can't beat free food! Anyways I ran into a hooters girl that I haven't seen there in a long time (she goes to college up in Fayetteville) so we talk for a bit and she asks me where do I work so I said hospital (and I knew where the convo was going, lol) and then she asks, what do I do there, and I say "stripper". So we banter about that, then I fill her in on the details. Then the subject of stripping (not floors but stripping off clothes) comes up. I very nearly had her believe that I was indeed a stripper and a pole dancer as well lol!
When you look women right in the eyes and tell them those things, you come across as very believable... a least in my case .
Salsa was fun too, despite my energy being off due to tiredness.

haha the old stripper answer. I used to say that a bit and it's funny how alot of them believe it. Once I told one I was a male prostitute and she was asking what services I provide, she seemed pretty serious, but I wussed out.

I dabbled with David Deangelo's stuff for a bit... it got me started but some of the stuff he taught rubbed me the wrong way. Then I jumped over to Cory's material which was far better, IMHO. He taught being real and authentic and never, EVER putting on a fake front.
The temptation is there to put on that fake mask in order to pull women to you but that can come around and bite you on the arse.
I still agree the most with Cory's approach to the whole thing (except for using his affirmations... I switched over to subliminals and never looked back). While things may start off slowly, things can build up, often in an exponential level. Look at what's happening to Ryan!
There will be sidesteps and perhaps some back-peddling but it's best to learn from those situations instead of being up oneself from them.

I still feel that Alpha Male 2010 is still "compiling and installing" even as I speak.
My "alphaness" got tested last night. Allow me to explain.
One of my coworkers, a young girl decided to not clean (discharge-clean) a patient room after our last break. There was ample time to clean the room. I helped her clean since she requested help earlier in the evening (and I did so not to be nice to her; but to help her out).
Anyways, I got back up to the area to clean the last room and she was nowhere to be found. I began to get miffed and after I got done, I texted her, "thanks for the help! " and then I headed on down to do my paperwork and then confronted her. She could tell I was upset judging by the way she was acting (very submissive and apprehensive... like the feeling one gets when they get called to the principal's office at school).
I calmly asked her where she was and we talked a bit and she brought up the subject that she told me not to clean the room (I heard of no such thing). I then told her it's unwise to leave rooms un-done for the next shift. It's just uncool to slag off and leave things undone when there is ample time to do them. In other words, I despise laziness! Let's just say it was a black mark on her score card and a red flag for future reference. If she wants my respect, she will have to earn it back.

Now, a beta male would have done two things. Option 1 would be to not confront her and just sweep the situation under the rug, and then harbor intense anger and bitterness for NOT taking action and so on.
Option 2 would be acting crazy mad and angry towards her and causing a nasty scene. I would call that the "tough guy beta male acting 'alpha' ".
I kept my voice tone in check and maybe had a bit of nerves calling her out but never once did I scream or yell.
She later apologized via text. She also told that she owes me one (we'll see lol).
Looking back, I should have took action sooner, asking where she was and requesting that she come and help. Live and learn, I guess

Getting back to SM 2011, I find myself flirting more, not to mention hugging some cute / pretty nurses... and bantering with them. Arousal keeps hitting me in waves. Self image keeps inching up. Despite last night's mishap, things are looking up.

You get really good at it too whenever you just are that way. Things such as giving half hearted compliments while staring disinterestingly somewhere else and not even looking at them(funny stuff) become such second nature that you almost have to turn it off manually.
