You should pick one and stick with it, and only change it if you have to. I suggest you start with Ultrasonic. They all worrk well, and each works best for a different personality type. So today I feel very emotionally clear. Like a burden has been lifted off of my shoulders. I noticed it last night when I was listening on earphones. I still had feelings of not good enough and unworthiness pop up from past experiences but I do feel like I made some progress last night. I can't wait to see where I will be in 8 months.

Another thing of note. Today I had some grilled chicken and rice for lunch takeout today at a Vietnamese restaurant. When I was at home eating it, its like I lost my appetite or something and didn't find the food appetizing anymore. I don't know if it was the way the chicken was cooked or what not.
Tonight I had some baked chicken and rice and I had the same loss of appetite feeling. I ended up having some vegetarian lentil soup that I could eat without issue. There was some mild nausea in both cases today.

Could this be program related somehow? Maybe the Detox module at work?

Today is the last day of my first run through. Tomorrow begins my 3 day break and my next cycle will being this Sunday.

I have been listening to the Masked track all six days

To be honest, I have not noticed much going on although I do feel somewhat emotionally clear. I still have a ways to go obviously as this is only my first week.

I am wondering if the changes will appear gradually and subtly over time or will they be more overt.

Also I lost a friendship with a person I have known for years. We weren’t super close but it got to the point where there was a big imbalance in the friendship. It felt like I was putting in all of the effort while he wasn’t putting in any.

It’s safe to say the friendship is over although it’s been kinda over for the past few months. It’s affecting me emotionally more than I thought it would. I am concerned I won’t be able to meet any new friends for awhile due to COVID.

I can’t seem to keep friendships. I make them and then they go away. It’s like I am sabotaging them somehow. Maybe E4 will get to the root cause of the issue and clear it away.

Because it is. There is no benefit for me to continue this friendship  anymore so I ended it.

Hey mate, i am starting my journey this sunday. i was wondering why dont you use the US in the night
and the masked during the day? i heared its best to be exposed to more than one format since each hit on a different subconcious level.

I have never tried any healing sub before but i do know that i got lots of childhood traumas, so lets see

I am doing masked via earphones at night time. I will listen to a few loops on earphones then listen to it on phone speakers or through my Amazon echo via Bluetooth. 

That may not be optimal but it seem to be working so far

It's best to stick to the instructions for a few cycles atleast, then you can start to listen to the urge to listen more, as that's your subconscious starting to guide you.

Would a 2 cycle( 16 month run of E4 be advisable to completely clear out my emotional issues.

I begin my second cycle tomorrow so I have a long way to go but I was just curious
