Day 17

I ended up being paired with this very pretty tall, leggy, lithe and athletic black chick that I'd love to smash. She slipped up and called me "boo" when I thanked her for her help, then got nervous and skittered off. I was too into the training to pursue, plus I had to rush off to work.

Is the "boo" thing a form of flirting? I've never been to the States, so I'm wondering what connotation it may have.

Refer to the definitions involving "pet" names, etc.

For some reason, I find it cute and disturbing at the same time. Thanks!

The context makes the use of "boo" here mean "special someone", "someone I'm feeling close to", boyfriend, etc.

Day 18:

This is incredible.

So, yesterday, I took my first Muay Thai class at UFC. I'm sure everyone knows what Muay Thai is, but if you don't, just know that it involves A LOT of powerful kicks -- and since my knees have been severely damaged, THEORETICALLY I shouldn't be able train that often.

Yesterday's workout was just as intense as you'd expect from a gym bearing the UFC brand name. Despite the fact that it was my first day, the Coach gave me NO leeway. He expected me to work just as hard as everyone else. And I did, but I have extensive martial arts experience anyway.

I expected for my knees to be in extreme pain this morning. That being said... there was LITTLE TO NO PAIN at all, and not only that, but my legs feel SO MUCH STRONGER. A few weeks ago, I noticed that my legs would tremble a lot after working out, or if I popped a squat or held a deep stance. Not today. I tested it multiple times, even threw a few kicks. No pain, no shaking. This is a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE improvement over my past condition.

Now here's where it gets weird:
Interestingly enough, I had some severe resistance yesterday in the form of a massive headache. I didn't think it was DMSI. Those of you who have experienced v3's resistance headaches know that it's an absolute day-wrecker. This went away WAAAY too quick. In fact, I just took some pain killers and went to Muay Thai.

Last night, I had a number of dreams related to women and sex. Woke up about 4am and I was completely wrapped in the healing energy. I've never experienced it like this before. However, I was also experiencing a new form of resistance: Disgust of myself and my body. Best way I can explain it. I wanted to vomit because of my own natural smell, the feeling of my hair made me wanna vomit. The thought of any woman wanting to have sex with me made me feel shameful -- and yes, I wanted to vomit.

Went back to sleep and had even more dreams about women. Particularly this weird one where me and all my friends were competing for this gorgeous black chick named Constance. The weird thing -- and I'm not being racist -- was how BLACK she was. Like, black as the night, man. I only mention it because anyone who has read my journals knows that I've dealt with significant racism in my life and it's been an issue. Anyway, I ended up getting the girl in this really melodramatic scene where she poured strawberry jelly all over her body and begged me to lick it off.

Okay.

Anyway, when I woke up, that's when I noticed how pain-free I was, how clear my mind was and how energetic I feel (which I just ruined by eating that damn "eggnormous burrito" from Burger King).

Could DMSI's super clearing modules be mixing with MHS's clearing lite to hit some really, really deep stuff that's keeping me from achieving BOTH?

Or, have my experiences with women somehow prevented me from being healthy. Perhaps my subconscious was deliberately keeping me away from the gym, clean eating and just healing itself naturally as a way to repel women...?

Oh, and btw -- proof something else is going on. I'm insatiably hungry today. I mean, like a bottomless pit. I ate that huge "eggnormous" burrito from Burger King, hash browns, a huge cup of orange juice. Then, went to the snack machine and work and got a huge Rice Krispy treat, plus a huge energy drink.

You guys can spout on about the laws of thermodynamics and how this isn't related to quantum mechanics or whatever -- there's something amazing happening with this company. STFU and enjoy it.

Not sure. Warning -- it's pretty freaking disgusting. It has this weird sauce that has a sweet flavor. I hated it.

As for the posting, I already did on Shannon's Journal Discussion. It was how DMSI manifested a very lucrative six figure job that keeps getting better and better. It's the perfect job for me -- so perfect that I keep questioning whether this is reality and whether it'll all come crashing down.

More kick ass MHS stuff coming soon. Just finished a hardcore 2 hour workout and I need to crash.

Day 19 - 20:

There are so many positive improvements that I don't know where to begin. Saturday, I deliberately subjected myself to what's probably the most INTENSE boxing workout I've ever had. I literally collapsed onto the floor afterwards and just sat there for a few minutes.

I expected to wake up in extreme pain and soreness. Nope. NONE. In fact, my right hand is about 99% healed. The Boxing Coach noted how fast, fluid and powerful my right crosses have grown in one week. That's because I'm throwing them without the anticipating of pain upon connecting with the mitt.

My left wrist -- which has been damaged for years -- has VERY, VERY little pain. It's about 95% healed.

My left knee has VERY LITTLE pain. I'd say it's 80% healed. My right knee -- the problem knee -- has moderate pain, but less than before. I'd say it's 55% healed.

In addition, I feel healthier than ever. The detox scripting is insanely powerful. My friends and family are telling me that I smell extremely nice. I noticed that my sweat no longer smells musty. It smells "woodsy" and natural. I no longer have issues with dandruff. Get this shit -- my teeth look whiter. I thought I was imagining it until someone asked me what I used to whiten my teeth.

I have an insane amount of energy, capable of getting up at 7am to train at UFC gym until 10. Then, go to work from 11-8. Get off and attend an MMA class at 8:30. I did this all last week.

My senses are sharper. My reflexes are heightened. My sense of smell seems better. I feel like I'm turning into Wolverine. It's gonna be tough to go back to DMSI -- not looking forward to the resistance again.

On the flipside, I CANNOT WAIT for MLS 5.5g. It's a first day purchase for me.
