Actually, it hasn't interrupted the DMSI bloom. If anything, DMSI is interrupting MHS's effects, but I suspect that it's not completely derailing the program. There's a weird synergy between the two that I can't quite put my finger on. HOWEVER, that's not a license to try to run both at the same time.
