I would think that being comfortable socializing would be an alpha trait?

Yes, of course. But it is one thing being comfortable at socializing and another thing to want to socialize. You may enter a room and rock it with your vibe and effortless social skills, but what if you are not still enjoying it? What if you still want to get out of there as soon as you can?

Surely he has nothing to fear in any interaction?

Expanding on what I said above, you might not have any fear interacting with people, but inside you, you might still feel awkward. People might look at you and say, "Whoa, he is smooth!"

As for my results it is still too early to tell (stage 2 atm). I take full responsibility for my life and all in it, but surely the sub must do its job? Maybe socializing is not part of the AM6 definition of alpha?

So AM 6 will definitely make you confidence in social interaction, but what is going on inside you, do you want to socialize or not? Do you want to have an open and inviting vibe? That, in my opinion, AM 6 doesn't choose for you. It's your choice and it shines with your personality. And if anything limits you from feeling effortless, that's fear.

Right so optimizing script has an effect.

I have seen some people say they are isolated on AM6 does this mean it is their personality optimizing the script? If so I guess this is a good thing as it proves you will not become the script. Is this how it works?

If we all become the scripts, we'd be no better than robots, right? So yes, AM6 makes your personality shine. Therefore, if you are not an extrovert, do not expect to be one at the end of the run.

So having socializing is a fun game may actually go against some peoples wishes? AM6 does have extroversion training Im fairly sure.

By definition, an extrovert feels recharge around people, and an introvert recharges in his/her own company.

Can introverts socialize have a blast, and feel absolutely awesome? Why not.

Can extroverts have social anxiety that limits them to fully express themselves? Again, why not.

Socialization is beyond introvert and an extrovert, but if you try to be an extrovert to improve your social skills, you put unnecessary expectations and pressure on yourself which leads to awkwardness. But if you embrace your introversion and then work on dropping down your shields and become accepting of people. That's where the magic happens. It all boils down to knowing who you are.

I'll give you another example. An alpha male, what is the one of the many characteristic that comes to your mind when you imagine an alpha male? Dominance, isn't? But what if someone is sexually submissive? Now isn't it conflicting? It is, but it is not. Sooner or later, you learn the balance. Same goes with socialization, it doesn't matter if you are an extrovert or an introvert, you will eventually learn the balance and be comfortable in every situation being truly who you are. The thing is, in my experience, AM 6 take you too far in one direction since the primary focus is you. And therefore, I wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket, that is AM 6, when it comes down to social mastery.

Yup, inward. After all, socialization is only a small aspect, the main priority is you.

The thing I wonder about introversion and extroversion is when it is formed and if it is innate or indeed if anything is actually innate, but I'm hoing off topic in an already off topic discussion.

I wonder about that too, may be someone with more experience or knowledge can shed some light on it.

I really think that socialization is a fun game could be in AM6. Introverts and extroverts would benefit I'm sure. I might ddtart a poll I would be interested to see if anyone would actually vote no.

It is definitely there, or something similar at least. Whenever I think about socializing, all I care about is to have fun.

Dreams
Today is the second night of having very real dreams but I can't remember much of it at all. The first one I couldn't distinguish from reality or dreams but it did involve pills to cure some ailment.
IRL
So forgiving my Ex morphed to actually thanking her because if she hasn't done what she did then I wouldn't be sent down this path. I probably would have been comfortable with my introversion and isolation.
Socialization factor for AM6 is a cherry on top compared to all the other things I want to get from the sub.

Mind wanted to escape stress with alcohol and cigarettes..... I don't smoke and I rarely drink.

Last night, Running OGSF and I had a strong feeling of tapping and first memory was when I was bullied for a day. Tapped on that and I felt fairly better.

Day 48/96
Had a social event today for a club. This time felt different. I felt fine in my own skin. I didnt feel pressured to talk to people. I didnt berate myself talk to people. I just talk to people when i felt like it. Its a nice change.
Got over the fear of taking photographs of social events.

tapped for a but and i encountered alot of resistance when i said "why cant i let go of myself?" turns out i was so attached and fearful of change. Kept tapping on the question until my mind answered with "i let go of myself". I tapped on fapping too and it felt like i fapped bc i didnt know how else to express it. After tapping it away my mind decided another way of expressing myself thats is more positive. Felt full of love and a form of empathy afterward.
Feeling good with this mental shift.
