I notice a lot of anxiety coming up preventing me from doing the things I need to do to reach UMS.
Procrastination is a bitch and is probably one of my main factors of not reaching UMS
So a module to reduce anxiety and do the things necessary to actually reach UMS.
It is probably already in there though but it is not working yet for me.
maybe a module for cutting time-wasting/negative habits out of your life by replacing them with high-value ones that will help to reach UMS while being FUN in the process. Like reading over games/ meditation, active manifesting over tv-series/ cardio, strength training over PMO, etc.
