The only problem you were aware of. But that was far from the only problem we were having on our end. That store was set up in such a way that it needed attention from specialized staff, which staff then was unable to continue working for various reasons and could not be replaced for various other reasons. It developed bit rot and was in an exponentially faster decaying orbit. It needed to be upgraded completely years ago, and when our efforts at that failed again and again, replacement became the only option. Remember, there's a lot more that goes on on the back end of a business like this that you don't know about than meets the eye.
